The whole process from placing my order to receiving it was such a breeze! David had apologized to give him a bit of time to get my order done and since I placed it around the holidays , it didn't bother me that it was going to take some time but next thing you know my order was done in like a week! This was a gift for my bf and he was freaking obsessed! He said the quality of the hoodie was amazing. Found this business through a friend on IG and reached out to David. He was sooooo easy to work with and very communicative during the entire process. He has the patience of a saint since I asked so many questions LOL. The turnaround time from my initial inquiry of just 3 hoodies (ended up being 15!), him digitizing the logo, to ordering the zip hoodies, production, to pick up... less than a week. I've been in communication with them to design a hoodie for my girlfriend with our fur babies on it. Customer service is professional and fast to respond. The pricing wasn't too bad either. David was super responsive, professional, and great to work with. He did a mockup of the font I wanted and when I asked for a second font to choose between, he did that too. Very quick turnaround... It was less than a week between the day I contacted him to the day I came by to pick up the shirt (this included time it took him to order a shirt in the color I wanted). The shirt looks great. I really appreciate his care for quality (quality of the shirt material as well as quality of his work) and his excellent customer service. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I immediately got to grabbing all my favorite flowers. I definitely looked like a deer in some headlights while browsing. I havent been to a flower mart in years. After lots and lots of perusing, I headed to the front and checked out. Not too bad if i do say so myself! Cute cute cute little morning over at Oakland Flower Market. Totally a great place to browse and snag some lovely flowers.

I was nervous the first time because I had no back up glasses and going to a reunion. Ryan was great getting them back in shape, and I had no idea how much the eyeglass handles had moved. The glasses fit great. He was efficient, personable, and took time to educate me on my glasses The second time, Johan fixed my bent up glasses. I thought I had bent them so far out of shape that I would need replacements. But Johan took great care getting them fixed. And amazingly enough, they fit perfectly. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and empathy for my situation. So, thank you both1

Right in the middle of…read moredowntown surrounded by big stores and busy streets, Union square feels like a peaceful little spot where you can put a pause on the chaos of the city. The lawn is always green and beautiful, perfect for letting my fur baby run around and play (or potty) and you will always see people enjoying the space, stretched out reading or talking with friends or just soaking up the peace. One of my favorite things about Union square is the art. The giant hearts are iconic in San Francisco and they're always being repainted and reimagined by different artists, so no matter how many times you come here, you will always see something new. I've seen so many versions over the years but I still stop to look at them every time I'm here because there is always something new. The hearts the statues, the occasional pop-up installations or performances, the square always feels alive. There is also always something going on. On my last visit here there were ping pong tables set up everywhere with people playing. I saw juggling classes being offered and arts programs for kids with people gathered around having a good time. There was a reading area and books brought in on carts. They even still had up there holiday backdrop that looks like it was put there just for people to use for the perfect insta shot. There are plenty of tables and benches scattered around so it's easy to grab a seat and stay a while. Even if you're just passing through and you need to rest your dogs for a few minutes, this is the perfect spot. I spent more than a few afternoons here people watching or enjoying a snack from the little stand nearby. It's really a great place to spend some time and a must do if you are in San Francisco. On the weekends you will find people trying to usher you onto bus tours or maybe sell you souvenirs, but you might also witness an event or see straight performers so you never really know what you're going to get. This is a place for visitors and locals wiith nice surroundings where you can really get a feel for and just to take in the city.

He's backkkk =) I'm a regular at David's specialty shop where he does custom embroidery. I've ordered a few sweaters and they came out perfect! He gave my daughter the cutest custom pink Cocomelon embroidered hoodie and it is one of her staples (she's turning four.) All the characters were on point! I just placed an order for our Christmas sweaters and the design I requested has a lot of details. David and I spent some time going over the design, fit and colors. I appreciate all the time and effort he spends to make sure each design is elaborate and thorough. I'm pretty particular and want things done perfectly, and David really delivers. read more

So I've been looking for someone to do a custom embroidery design on a blank dog hoodie I bought. I discovered this new lab online so I decided to give it a shot. David embroidered my design on the dog hoody and it came out perfect....or should I say pawfect?! I seriously couldn't have gotten it done any better anywhere else and it was cheaper here than other places I called. I highly recommend this place, I can tell this guy really cares about his craft!!
