Found this business through a friend on IG and reached out to David. He was sooooo easy to work with and very communicative during the entire process. He has the patience of a saint since I asked so many questions LOL. The turnaround time from my initial inquiry of just 3 hoodies (ended up being 15!), him digitizing the logo, to ordering the zip hoodies, production, to pick up... less than a week. My girlfriend saw this company on IG and got me a sweater with my truck and another with my bike for my birthday, I love it. I've been in communication with them to design a hoodie for my girlfriend with our fur babies on it. Customer service is professional and fast to respond. The pricing wasn't too bad either. David was super responsive, professional, and great to work with. He did a mockup of the font I wanted and when I asked for a second font to choose between, he did that too. Very quick turnaround... It was less than a week between the day I contacted him to the day I came by to pick up the shirt (this included time it took him to order a shirt in the color I wanted). The shirt looks great. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

Yesterday I grabbed a pastry and coffee at bPatisserie located at Union Square. Already at 9:15am there was a lot of activity- many tourists also grabbing coffee; folks lounging; even folks playing ping pong. And located on each corner is an heart. Designed by local artists & later auctioned off in fundraising efforts to support SF General Hospital. There's a convenient underground parking garage. During the holidays there's a huge Christmas tree donated by Macy's. And an ice skating rink. Don't forget the shopping. It's not what it used to be but it's slowly rebounding.

He's backkkk =) I'm a regular at David's specialty shop where he does custom embroidery. I've ordered a few sweaters and they came out perfect! He gave my daughter the cutest custom pink Cocomelon embroidered hoodie and it is one of her staples (she's turning four.) All the characters were on point! I just placed an order for our Christmas sweaters and the design I requested has a lot of details. David and I spent some time going over the design, fit and colors. I appreciate all the time and effort he spends to make sure each design is elaborate and thorough. I'm pretty particular and want things done perfectly, and David really delivers. read more

So I've been looking for someone to do a custom embroidery design on a blank dog hoodie I bought. I discovered this new lab online so I decided to give it a shot. David embroidered my design on the dog hoody and it came out perfect....or should I say pawfect?! I seriously couldn't have gotten it done any better anywhere else and it was cheaper here than other places I called. I highly recommend this place, I can tell this guy really cares about his craft!!
