My son ordered the Meatball pizza and I ordered custom one. We arrived and got our menus pretty quick. After that the service was not pleasant. Dewey's Pizza, at every location, is great. They have a nice variety of off the wall pizzas that seem to be a hit but having 4 kids, we keep it pretty normal with cheese and pepperoni. And while that is still good pizza, I think Dewey's is best when you go outside the norm and try one of their more unique pizzas. I bring all this up to say Dewey's is great but on the priciest end of pizza in this area (Powell/Dublin). If you are going to go there, don't bother for traditional pepperoni - it will be money wasted when you get can a standard pie almost anywhere else for half the price. I have been to Dewey's several times and never had a complaint. I sat down at the bar tonight and not one of the 6 different people that ran around the bar area ever even acknowledged that I was there let alone asked if they could get me anything. After about 10 minutes another person sat at the bar and less than a minute later someone checked on him and got him a drink while never turning my way. There are only 6 seats at the bar, it isn't like I was hard to spot I understand when places get busy, but I have no comprehension as to how you can flat out ignore a patron for more than 10 minutes. Love their pizza and had always gone to the Worthington location. Food was great but had pretty poor service... Had two girls waiting on us that completely disappeared 15 minutes into us being seated. Had the manager assisting who was very nice. She comped the pizza that one of the other girls failed to order for us. Then after we got our food... no one came to our table the rest of our time there. I had to get up and flag a person down for two boxes for the leftover pizza. Then, the Manager realized we were just sitting there waiting to leave, roughly 10 minutes after getting boxes, but had to still pay. Again, food was great... we each got salads, tried their Tito's (Mexican) pizza which was great. And ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. Just wish service was better. read more

I ordered Dewey's for the first time tonight. I ordered the Don Corleone 13". The crust is very thin and flakey like a croissant even at some flat parts and the backend crust is just the right size. I thought the pizza sauce also had a rich sweet good taste. The meats on the pizza are cooked just right as well. The whole taste and feel of the pizza scores high based on my pizza experience. It was delivery as well and not even completely hot which reduces some flavor. This is probably the best pizza I've had in Ohio. I will definitely try again. read more

Great service, great food. Hip vibe with a semi dark and cozy interior. They have glass covering their large pizza making area so you can watch the action happen. The booth we had was private and comfortable. The servers are helpful and friendly. We split the regular size cesear salad which was really fresh and crisp with boatloads of cheese. The cheese was grated to just the right size that it had a perfect bite that complimented the salad. We also got a medium pizza half Corleone and half buffalo chicken (I forget the name). The Corleone was a meaty traditional type pizza. It was salty but good. The crust on these pizzas is very thin and chewy like a ny style. The buffalo side was not as good but still tasty. It tasted mostly like bread sticks dunked in blue cheese dressing. I would definitely come back again. My only complaint about this place is that their menu is so targeted. It's salads and pizza. Best pizza in the neighborhood! The moment you walk in, you can sense that the folks here are super-friendly whether you are ordering take out or dining in. The speciality pizzas are awesome. My favorites are the Southwest BBQ chicken, the Socrates Revenge (Olive oil, garlic, spinach, Black beans, etc.), and the one with goat cheese (I think Billy Goat!). You can also tailor your own pizza with white sauce or red sauce (I like them both!). What sets these guys apart from the rest of the fast food pizzas is their crust! I finally got around to dining in at Dewey's. My family of four and I arrived on a Saturday around 6:30pm, and I was thrilled to find that there was a table available for us immediately. The restaurant was very busy, but it was staffed incredibly well. And the quality of service was top notch! Dewey's employs a team-type service, so we did not have a dedicated server, but all of the employees who stopped by our table were incredibly friendly and helpful. The fam and I ordered two different pies, and while I only tried the Caprice, it was very tasty! I loved the crust. It's thin, but very soft and just the right amount of doughy, which I enjoyed. Oh, and ya gotta try the strawberry nut macadamia nut salad if it's available. I generally dislike salad, but this one was incredible! All of the ingredients taste very fresh and the macadamia nuts were toasted to perfection. I might have to go back just to get the salad now that I'm thinking about it...! read more

The sauce seems to change from visit to visit and as of late has been more spicy than we prefer. The pizza was alright nothing special and the service wasn't too great either. My name isn't hard to say, i made sure to say it clearly when i told the hostess i was picking up my order and into the microphone for the whole restaurant to hear she says "pickup order for Naughty." When I tried to tell her she got my name completely wrong, she was rude and her excuse was that it was spelled wrong when the order was placed but on the receipt it shows as Nabi. My family really likes their pizza and we've eaten there and had carry out more times than I can recall. My issue is the poor value for what you pay for the pizza. They put a huge crust around the pizza with no toppings. If you look at the size of the actual pizza, the part where there are ingredients, it's maybe the size of a medium pizza. For the price you pay for a "premium" pizza I prefer to have the ingredients go out to the edge rather than a super-large ridge of dough I usually throw away. My family likes the taste, and I do as well. It's just the cost doesn't justify the small amount of pizza you actually get. If you love plain cooked pizza dough, you will love this pizza. read more
