Dorian Rowe, the greeter, the person who schedule my appointment & the most rudest of the staff. I called & scheduled my appointment for 12pm 6/8/26. I arrived 15 mins early. I inquired about an "estimated" timeframe. He responded with well, there's those 2 vehicles there on the lift that are in front of you so I'd say roughly 2 1/2 hours for your alignment & oil change. I say okay.@ 2:30 I called & asked for an update. He said we're almost done, give us 45 mins. I gave more than that. I returned at 5pm. My car had NOTHING DONE! I immediately asked why? His response was if you don't want to wait, you can take your car... I became upset & responded you got to be kidding me. Only to find out from a sitting customer that her appt was at 1pm for the same and they completed her car B4 mine. My car was driven out of the shop and parked. I had to go back in to ask why.. Dorian Rowe then said i thought you said no. I advised him that i NEVER told you that, please take my car back in & finish what i scheduled and asked for. 20 mins later after driving my truck back in, he says your done. So if it only took 20 mins to do a 4 wheel alignment & an oil change, why did i have to wait from 11:45 am to 6pm to have the services completed on my truck. Why was i 3rd in line and another customer informing me that her appt. was at 1pm and finished when i walked in at 5pm?? She was waiting for her keys and advised me that they were taking walk-ins while my truck was parked outside. I called and made a complaint via their corporate office and i will file a complaint with the BBB. I have not received such terrible, unapologetic, with non-accountability & unprofessional behavior in a long time. I work hard and definitely did not want to spend 280.00 for that kind of service. I live in Catonsville and pass several shops ( Mr. Tire, NTB, Sams) and other places i could have stopped at. Lesson learned.

Firestone said thorough inspection was done and I needed brake calipers and new brake pads and charged above $1000.00. Reported no change in the noise next morning and was asked to drive for a week to observe any change. No change in noise. Then vehicle was re-inspected, now suddenly it was the wheel bearing that was loose and needed fixing for over $500.00. If thorough inspection was done and loose bearing missed, at initial wheel take down, loose bearing ought to have been seen and I should have been advised there and then. Advisor initial said technician on duty does not repair bearing only to catch herself and tried hopelessly to explain the miss. HORIBLE WORK AT MY SECOND FIRESTONE SITE. Wheel and tire experts cannot even diagnose loose wheel bearing. DISGRACEFUL.

I was told my brake pads were dangerously thin and needing an immediate change, something they could do for $500+ so I took my car to a trusted dealership instead where the owner let me know that my pads are perfectly fine & do not need to be changed at this time. I was also asked by this Jiffy Lube if I wanted my air conditioner filter changed bc they said it was dirty, which is something I know how to do myself so I went to do that today only to find that the filter is not at all needing a change yet. I truly believe they targeted me as a woman because my husband has never once been recommended so many additional services after his oil changes, but after my first time I got quite a few despite having a fairly new car. We will no longer be using this location or company.

However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate. If you're a woman, I would recommend you drive away as fast as your car can go.
