Devon Bowling Lanes is a decent place to bowl and have fun. It's on par, if not slightly better, with other bowling alleys in the Delaware and Chester County area. We went on a Friday afternoon around Labor Day weekend, so needless to say it was completely empty; we were the only ones bowling. After a couple of games we got bored and left. They have arcade games in the middle of the floor which makes for a cool mix of entertainment. It's bowling, so what you see is what you get. Sometimes that is a good thing. Devon Bowling Lanes is overall a good place to bowl. I look forward to returning at a future date.

Great place to come with friends for some casual bowling. The lanes are pretty outdated but they are BYOB and perfect for a place to hang out with some beers for an afternoon.

I came here for a work event and so I cannot comment on pricing as I did not pay for anything and did not seek out how much stuff was. I did find out that I am a terrible bowler, however... The place hits the spot for bowling. It has lanes on both sides of the building versus all in a row. This makes the building look small from the outside. The lanes worked well and they had a variety of bowling ball sizes to use. The establishment was clean and well-staffed. The shoes were of the newer type and fit around your feet much better than traditional shoes as they use straps versus laces. They were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice spot.

I can't recall what the special was then, but it was a bargain and we saved a lot of money as it's BYOB and BYOF.

Prices including for all day play were respectable. When you first enter, there are mostly newer pinball machines that are not included with admission and are pay to play. The money from these go to charity. The selection of pinball machines was excellent and very well maintained. Some machines are clearly marked as modded, which many places do not do. They have one of the best condition The Shadow machines I've played. I had never seen a Mustang machine before, and they have the premium edition which is a good play. They have three different Black Knight machines which is highly impressive. I also enjoyed Hollywood Heat and Creature from the Black Lagoon. Pinball Gallery also has arcade games, retro video game consoles, and board games. I found the board game offering a unique option for a place like this. So, what prevents me from giving this a five? There were just a few too many machines down at the time of my visit, with many of those being arcade games. Staff were helpful and pleasant to chat with. I think most days this place is almost an automatic five, and I look forward to returning and being able to give them that score. Absolutely worth a stop and I'd plan to spend at least two hours here.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

There weren't a lot of people signing up- so I probably sang about 7 songs literally lol. Even some of the employees were singing because there were so few people. I would've gone longer but people were wanting to get on the machine and I was trying to explain to them that I need to finish my set and they can have it right after. The machine lets you do 3 songs unless you fail a songs. Then it ends your game immediately. I did not hog the machine 100% of the time as every time I finished a game set, I either walked around a bit or went to do karaoke with a friend! I'm not sure if the fries with hot cheetos toppings is new, but I like hot cheetos a lot- so I gave it a whirl. They seem to do the fries well here as I've been able to nibble from a friend's before and my own dish was good. It did take awhile to be put together, but I was okay with that as I wasn't in a hurry. Also, the extra time probably helped for the quality to be enhanced. It was typical arcade quality, but it was well done. They only have one working regular DDR machine currently, and sometimes now, I have to wait behind other(s) even during weekday evenings. They updated their prize store currently- I see more neon signs which I think is a good choice, it looks like more game system choices are available, and they still have an automatic vacuum cleaner which I believe is the most expensive ticket item in the prize store currently. My age is showing at this place because I always lose my marbles at the Castlevania machines. They have at least 2 or 3 StepManias here. There's a good variety of claw type machines, regular Japanese based games, and a few regular US type arcade games.

Great experience. Has a variety of games. Also , no overbearing or that loud for an arcade.read more
