The two hour plan was enough for me to get my fill. They won't bounce ya either if you went over the time limit a bit finishing a game already started (an honor system). Pinball Gallery is located in the Great Valley Shopping Center near the back of the complex. Has plenty of parking that it shares with a wide variety of different business in the complex. Pinball Gallery has limited hours, mostly in the afternoon and evenings several days per week. Prices including for all day play were respectable. When you first enter, there are mostly newer pinball machines that are not included with admission and are pay to play. The money from these go to charity. The selection of pinball machines was excellent and very well maintained. Some machines are clearly marked as modded, which many places do not do. They have one of the best condition The Shadow machines I've played. I had never seen a Mustang machine before, and they have the premium edition which is a good play. They have three different Black Knight machines which is highly impressive. I also enjoyed Hollywood Heat and Creature from the Black Lagoon. Pinball Gallery also has arcade games, retro video game consoles, and board games. I found the board game offering a unique option for a place like this. So, what prevents me from giving this a five? There were just a few too many machines down at the time of my visit, with many of those being arcade games. Staff were helpful and pleasant to chat with. I think most days this place is almost an automatic five, and I look forward to returning and being able to give them that score. I hosted my husband's 40th birthday here. It could not have been a more perfect location. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They allowed me 30 minutes set up before the party. They allow outside food and drinks (including adult beverages) to be brought in. They set up a power cord for my crockpots. They also put out table cloths and provide the paper products. The game selections here are top notch. It's not just pinball. They also have old school console and arcade games. All our guests had a wonderful time. 10/10! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. This was our first time here and my husband and I did a day date. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, bright and temperature controlled. It is packed with videos games, pinball machines, tables with table games and some snack and soda machines. I think the lady who checked us in said they had over 80 games. They also had some game Options that were not included in the Free Play and those machines earnings were donated to the MS Society which was very thoughtful. We went here randomly one afternoon since we were in the area. Parking is absolutely not an issue. Although we've never been here before, stepping foot inside we instantly fell in love. The employees are nice and helpful, the place is clean, and the variety of machines is endless. I could go on, but needless to say I had a blast. The place is large so you don't feel crammed, and the price per hour to play is worth it. Be warned, however, because time flies when you're at the Pinball Gallery. We ended up staying a little over an hour, maybe an extra 20 minutes, but the employees never asked us to leave. I had a great time. There were a few machines and games that were broken and not playable, but that's expected with old intricate pinball machines. I will 100% be back in the future. read more

Indisputably the best place in the Philly area for people who love vintage and modern pinball games and arcade games. They have I would guess 40-50 pinball games, all in nearly pristine condition (many of them refurbished) as well as a lot of old-school video arcade machines and home video game systems like the N64, NES, Sega Genesis, etc. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. They have snacks at the front as well as a couple of machines. We had a birthday party at their location a few weeks ago and the people setting it up for us could not have been nicer. It went smoothly and everything about it was professional; everyone who attended said they had a great time. If I had one complaint their hours are less ideal for younger kids since they run fairly late. But understandable given that they are reserving Saturday & Sunday mornings for group parties where the whole space is reserved. Another bonus: the strip mall where they are located is the site of 2 excellent groceries for harder-to-find ingredients: an Asian grocery store focusing on mostly East-Asian produce and grocery items, most decent quality, and an Indian grocery with a wide assortment of foods (although very cramped!). There is also a very decent sushi place around the corner that I understand will deliver to the arcade if you want to take a sushi break between pinball games. read more

This place brought such nostalgia to me, being the proud 80's baby over here, this arcade brought me back to the times of Nintendo when you had to blow on the cartridge until you got dizzy just to get it to work..and don't let it freeze in the middle of your game!! Ah yess the good ole days, the times when we were fascinated by Dreamcast cause you could play with 4 players at the same time. The time when you could go over your neighbors house cause they had the latest gaming system. The invention of Sega Genesis with the original sonic. The discovery of GameCube with the controller that vibrated. Yes that was my childhood and Pinball Gallery delivered it all and that's why this place deserves all five stars! We arrived on a Saturday evening and was greeted by a friendly lady who presented us with our options of how long we wanted to play and the cost. I choose 8.00 each for one hour, but the lady was so super friendly that she didn't even kick us out when we exceeded our time lol. The place was clean with a good amount of pinball machines. The friendly lady took her time to show my nephew how to play pinball. The pinball machines were all classics of Ghostbusters, Rocky Bullwinkle and the hobbit. They also had other classic games like, pac man, street fighter and dance dance revolution. Pinball Gallery also had food and you can also host parties. Overall this was a great time and I definitely got a blast from the past, all that was missing was my VHS tape to put in my mom's VCR so I can watch the Goonies, Garbage pail kids and the Gremlins! read more

Growing up, I spent countless hours (and hundreds of babysitting dollars) in arcades, feeding pinball and, later, video game machines. I was never an excellent player, but that didn't stop me. I loved the feel of the game, the bells and music and the bouncing of the pinball through the game field, all the crazy ways it could go. Then, of course, I grew up, and pinball machines became scarce, replaced by more and more video game consoles, which are fun but, hey, I can play most of those games at home, download them, even. I can't remember exactly where I heard about Pinball Gallery, but once I did I was determined to get out there and play. It was SO worth it. The arcade is tucked in a corner of the nondescript Great Valley Shopping Center, on the corner of PA 401 and US 30. To look at it, you'd think it's teeny, and it's not a megastore but it's bigger than you realize. They have a great selection of pinball games - from games that came out in the 1960s that are very simple (Derby Day is a good example) right up to current games (yes, they still make them!) like Tron Legacy which is WAY more fun than the actual movie was. There are also some vintage video arcade games, Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, etc;, though the focus is clearly on pinball. Every single machine works, with only two we found that had minor problems, all of the machines were clean and in very good condition. What's extra cool is that for many of the machines they have plaques above them on the wall telling you all about that particular game - age, who designed it, etc. The whole arcade is clean, well lit, the staff are friendly but unobtrusive. Food is limited to a couple of vending machines, however if you're having a party they allow you to bring in food/drink. There are a good number of tables and chairs, some of whom have games like checkers and Shoot The Moon sets on them. I was there for a family party - age ranges 8 - 82, and everyone had a blast. The Patriarch really enjoyed some of the old games he used to play and the young un's fell in love with pinball. The youngest yelled "Aunt Re, I LOVE This. Mom, can we get some of these?" This place is awesome! I had an (after hours) 80th Birthday Party for my hubby. Since he really likes pinball, I thought this would be a unique venue for his party. Everyone LOVED it from kids to adults. Staff was kind & helpful both before & during the party. Besides the Pinball, video games, & skeeball machine, there were games on every single table to entertain those who were sitting down to take a break. There were step stools for the smaller kids so they could easily play the machines. When we arrived, everything was set up & ready to go. My husband said it was the best birthday party he ever had! My partner and I had so much fun here! We ended up in Malvern PA for his work and we were wondering what to do afterwards. We found this place on Yelp and we had a blast. They have a ton of machines and a five dollar lunch time special for one hour to play any of the games. You can bring in food and eat lunch there too! Update: I almost lowered my review to 4 stars, but I love this place so I couldn't. My only complaint is that they don't have a 30-minute lunch special for $3. I would come much more often, but I only have 60 minutes to eat lunch and get back to work. If I could drive here, get some quick takeout nearby, and play for 30 mins, they'd get a lot more of my business, that's for sure! read more

Yes, pinball gallery rocks!!! I had my birthday party at pinball gallery, and everyone that I invited had a great time. You can pay $15 for a walk in party, if you have a group of three or more people. People can pay either cash or credit and you'll just tell the owners if you're interested in playing all night for $15 or one hour for $8. The owners Sherry and Bill are wonderful people and I appreciate their help with setting up everything for the party. Its so cool how they have arcade games, video games and board games something for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place as the prices are reasonable and AGAIN, you can play unlimited games for $15 for the entire night! If you're interested in coming during lunch you can play from 11:30am -1:00pm for only $5.00 and you can also bring your lunch. I'm so happy that one of my friends introduce me to this place. I absolutely love the pinball gallery! They have tons of well-maintained machines. Pinball machines as far as the eyes can see! Yeah, you can buy an hour pass, but why would you? Unless you have carpel tunnel get the all-day pass (yeah, you will feel it in your wrists). They also offer a 10-day pass to be used whenever you wish and family packages in addition to a yearly pass for the pinball-aholics out there. In addition to the tons of pinball machines that are set to free play, they also have several gaming systems set up for multi-player like NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Saga, and others. Pinball Gallery also has some very nostalgic arcade games like Streetfighter, Streetfighter II Turbo, Ninja Turtles and The Simpsons if my memory serves me well. They also have some brand new machines that they set up as a pay to play however the money is not for profit, it is donated. I'm not sure if the charity rotates but the last two times I was in the money went to ALS research. Cool Stuff! Certain nights they have BYOB, you can also rent out the place for parties and events. Very fun pinball experience! Most of the machines are set on free play (including many newer ones, like X-Men and Avatar), with a very reasonable all-day rate. Everything was maintained excellently without any issues at all, which is a feat for free-play games, which are often beat to hell and back. While there weren't a TON of machines, their website is updated with everything that's currently working, which is a great mix of modern and classic machines, including a bunch I've never even seen before. They have leagues, offer birthday parties, and corporate team building. Easy location in a shopping center. There are about a dozen or so arcade games. I'm finally updating my review to reflect what's really going on in 2018. This place is blowing up, the league nights are packed and they're getting every new game before just about anyone else in the country. Tournaments, launch parties... They've nearly outgrown the building with 70 pinballs and another 30 or so arcade games plus various consoles and board games. You can walk in here and play ten thousand dollar machines in mint condition for eight bucks an hour or twenty bucks for the whole day. They have family discounts, lunch specials - even an annual membership. The Disney family has a passion for these games and it shows in the almost cult-like following that's building here. They host birthday parties, let you bring in your own food... They even sell games so if your basement is too boring, bring your checkbook! read more

One of the best arcades I've ever been too! They are super nice, the quality of the games is stellar and the admission cost is very reasonable. They have a great mix of old to modern pinball tables and all of them are in great shape! My 4 year old son played all of the pinball tables and loved every second of it. My wife and I have even bought one of their pinball tables which is still going strong (it's a Stern Meteor table from 1978, which Bill (the owner) fixed up and updated some of the electronics in too). We make it a point to visit here every time we are in the area, it's that good! They also have retro arcade cabinets and other games too. A must see! read more

I've been to pinball arcades from Soho down to Brighton, and the Pinball Gallery is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon. They have an excellent selection of machines from old-school to newer ones, along with a cool blend of non-pinball machines including the hard to find Tempest arcade game. I like the pay one price policy with the machines set to free play. We took younger kids here who were ambivalent about pinball because they thought it was "old-fashioned" but they loved it. Holy wowzers - if you have even the slightest interest in pinball, there's no better place to be! We've sought out places to play pinball all over the Mid-Atlantic, from NC to PA, and it can be really difficult to find a place with a lot of working, fun, well-maintained pinball games. That search is over, because this is the place we've been looking for! We were blown away by the quality, diversity, and sheer number of pinball machines here, with nearly a hundred games from a bunch of different eras. We only had a couple of hours in town, and we spent a fair amount of that staring slackjawed at all the great games here, and how well they all have been kept up. We're already planning another trip back to the Malvern area just to spend as much time as possible here.
