The amount of pressure she applies is always perfect, and she always adjusts it for tender areas based on your reaction. I don't have to direct her much like some places where they just massage you brainlessly. She pays attention to your body so she'll spend more time in certain areas that you need more work on. I've only been with her for 3 sessions but I know I will keep coming back. During our second session (which I paid for a 1-hr massage), she went beyond the 1-hr and kept working on my back because it was a trouble area. She said she did not want to send me home with my back the way it was. That's service! Also, her prices are very reasonable. Princina is just starting out her office after moving from LA and trying to build up her clients. When I called him 4 weeks ago for an appointment he boldly stated, " the redemptions are too high". He refused to honor the business relationship signed up and agreed to honor with Spafinder. He made the scapegoat of his business decision and lack of integrity. I protested, he relented a bit and offered to call me (if he had a cancellation). I have not received a call in 4 weeks. Imagine the gall to offer me a cancellation only. Then never call! I then went to Spafinder to report the rogue provider. Here is their response, verbatim: "Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! First of all, we are sorry for any trouble this matter may have caused you and upon research for the spa in question, the spa is active with us, and we hope it has been only a misunderstanding with them, we have reach them to reinforce our gift card redemption process and also to share them our business contact number." I advised Spafinder there was no misunderstanding and a subsequent July 29th email to Tiglat after they supposedly resolved the "misunderstanding" went unanswered to date. By now I understood integrity and a sense of fairness was never forthcoming from Healing Ki massage. Here is the current situation and it is also verbatim from Spafinder: "Case Resolved Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! We sincerely apologize for any trouble this matter causes you, and our management team has been informed and the spa locations have been deactivated from our website, we recommend you looking for another participating location around and make sure to call them upfront to confirm availability and your form of payment. A case has been assigned for your request: CS5084449. Need I say more, Spafinder makes it perfectly clear who is a fault here -- Tiglat. The company name suggests the polar opposite of the way you decided to handle your responsibilities as a businessman.
