My friend and I had a shocking and unacceptable experience at this massage place. After our session, we went home and discovered multiple painful, itchy bed bug bites on my body. We had no bites or symptoms before the massage, so it's clear the issue occurred during my visit. When we returned to the store to notify them and kindly suggested they stop accepting new clients and contact pest control, hoping to prevent others from being harmed, the owner responded with hostility. Instead of showing any concern or responsibility, she accused us of lying, dismissed our complaint as "making a fuss," and even threatened to call security to remove us. She went so far as to say her husband is a white lawyer, and told us that as immigrants, we "don't understand American culture or law." That is blatant discrimination and an insult to all customers. A very neat and clean place. Booked a couples massage. We were welcomed by Kay who was very pleasant and answered all my questions regarding oils and the prices. Woke up in a lot of pain today. Randomly called them up and fortunately they had an opening. Turns out this is right near the place we get groceries and I've never known it was here. Had an absolutely amazing massage. Clearly the therapists have a LOT of years of experience. I gave them a rough idea of where it hurt most and (with no extra prompting) they found all the trigger points that were causing pain and worked them. I came here with two other people and all of us loved our massages! Two of us got the head to two massage and the other got the athlete massage. We all came out feeling much better. I would say this is a massage place without the frills. There is no extra stuff for relaxation and it is mainly focused on the quality of massage rather than making it feel like a spa. I've tried several therapists here and each has their own unique specialty but I am happy with the therapist I work with. It was 120 minutes, and she was amazing! More than I expected. I don't understand why people complain about non-English-speaking workers. You can tell your requests to the lady at the front desk. The lady who did my service did not speak much English, but she was great!!! If you want all the things a high-end spa can offer, you will probably pay more. Today is my birthday, and I decided to treat myself to a massage. I've never been here before and thought I would give it a whirl. Check-in was super fast and then I was brought to a room and instructed to get on the table and then the massage technician came in. The massage itself was really good. The technician barely spoke a word to me, but she got all of the spots that I would have hoped she would have gotten. The only bummer was they are doing construction next-door and I don't know if this is the case for all of the rooms but the room that I was in it literally sounded like they were hammering and drilling in the wall during the entire Massage. Unfortunately not very relaxing. My body feels good but sadly it wasn't the full relaxation I was hoping for. Hopefully the construction was only today or very temporary. UPDATE: I very kindly just heard from the manager, and they let me know that they are actively working on the construction issue and they now have an agreement that the construction will only happen in the morning and they will have clients in a different expanded area of the Massage clinic in the mornings so it won't be a problem.
