Been here 3 times - the massages have been consistently good and the staff is friendly. The other reviewers are correct that it's quite basic: there is no fanfare when you enter, the rooms are simple (though very clean), the therapists' english is very basic, you can sort of hear what's happening in the nearby rooms every now and then, and one time the spa music just turned off. But the price for the quality of the massage is really good for this part of town (i prefer it to Thai Sports), and availability and hours of operations are excellent. read more

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage, and my therapist left for 10-15 minutes. At one point, I sat up and saw my boyfriend being massaged. During that time, the therapist exposed parts of his body that should've been covered, which seemed unprofessional. Afterward, my boyfriend agreed and said it seemed inappropriate. Also, my therapist offered to make up for the lost time, but it meant my boyfriend would have to wait while I finished my massage. Not convenient. As a woman, when you go to get a massage, you should never be surprised by a man walking into the room when you're already naked face down. This should always be an option. I've never not been asked if I was comfortable getting massaged by a man. They did not give me the option of whether I wanted a man or a woman masseuse here. She was very friendly, thorough and unafraid to put the pressure on when needed. She handled two hours straight without slowing down. The music was pleasant. It's very clean and quiet. I walked into Ocean Air in a great deal of pain after needed to stress a recent injury far more than I anticipated. By the time she was done, I was completely out of pain. There are so many massage places and this one didn't "wow" me. It was $80 for 60 minutes which isn't the cheapest around. The masseuse never even touched my neck. And the use the hot stones and run them over your body. The deep tissue was really just a lotion application even though I kept saying more pressure. I'll take a pass on Ocean Air massage. I've had several wonderful deep tissue massages! Very professional and the place is clean. She also keeps the lotion/oil out of my hair :) The massage technique is great, I love it. This was my first time going to this place for a massage and my last. I called earlier to get pricing and they told me $70/hr. I decided to go in and noticed they had no customers and still decided to give it a try. She then told me that it is $75 and $70 cash. I decided that's fine. I'll still give them a try. The Masseuse was nice and mostly it was good except for a couple areas that was a bit tense. I came out and paid and she asked what I'd like to tip, and I decided to give $10. She and the masseuse stood there and told me that I should've tipped more if I liked the massage. That is immensely unprofessional and I will not be going back. The massage was not phenomenal for me to tip more than that, however you should not be telling your customers to tip more as they are paying for something you misquoted on the phone. She also told me that I should know these places charge less if I bring cash and that even UPS does that! That's ridiculous how they spoke to customers. DO NOT GO.
