Then I saw the reviews for Dr. Belnap on Yelp & lo and behold he was able to fit me in the week I returned . After looking at x rays of my shoulder and back from years ago & examining me he sent me to get an MRI . I was relieved it was an MRI and not a CAT scan as they have been shown to increase your chances of getting cancer. The MRI place he recommended was able to get me in for the next week.. my co-pay was under $100 for my back and my shoulder . Soon after this I saw Dr. Belnap again & he gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder and some medication which helped greatly . A few months later the same in my back ! Last year I somehow hurt my back so badly I could barely walk. Once again, he was able to fit me in quickly and gave me an injection, which helped somewhat. However, it was Christmas holidays and I was going away for a special celebration and my back couldn't handle it. He was able to fit me in during the holiday season quickly, gave me an epidural and I was able to go and be fine. he's very caring and and we'll do whatever he can to help.

So now, not only have I lost the history and treatment from the Doctor, but prices are going up and I just get a tech? I literally spent THOUSANDS, and they can't keep staff here. Needless to say, I told them if the Doctor will not honor the last visit of my package (which is very poor form), then I want my money back for that session. They did refund it promptly, but I never received a response back from the Doctor when I asked the office gal to relay my feedback which is why I am writing this review. The office needs to realize how much money people give out of pocket because insurance does not cover it, and how much pain they are in by the time we get there. At least that is how I ended up there. I have been very patient with this office, so if you go here, keep your receipts and be prepared not to see the Doctor except on initial evaluation, and keep in mind their staff turnover is high.
