The massage was one of the best I've had -- perfect pressure, very attentive, and I left feeling completely refreshed. The scalp treatment was amazing and so calming, and the facial left my skin feeling great afterward. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about the experience they provide. Highly recommend if you're looking to fully unwind and treat yourself. I will definitely be coming back.

It is not a Burke's, woodhouse Day Spa or a hotel Spa. I've been there and prefer this place if you want a very good deep tissue massage. The room is not fancy, but it is clean and all the rooms have doors. I had Tina today and she did such a good job. I regularly get massages once a month. I am sad I don't live close by. She knew that my shoulders were knotted and spent a lot of time getting all the knots out. She knows her anatomy and often checked in to see if I was doing okay. She offered some herbal Chinese medicine, I think it is similar to biofreeze. I took the chance and glad I tried it. I feel like a new person.

The masseuse wouldn't listen to me. He was very rough and jerky. I did not ask for deep tissue on the menu and I was getting heavy pressure with his fingers digging in my skin hard I couldn't relax at all even on the massage table I was in pain the whole time. At the end of the massage he asked if I wanted hot stones and I said no. He then proceeded to use hot stones anyways. I then told him it was too hot and he said don't worry it will cool down. I also ended up getting a bruise on my arm. This is what it looks like right after the session. Most of the movements were basic compression, lots of forearms (Lomi Lomi), kneading, and acupressure points. There wasn't any Swedish style massage technique far as I can tell and we had language barrier. Maybe I was just unlucky with the massage therapist but I'm not coming back. I am currently reading other reviews and I certainly did not receive the same treatment as others have. My foot never got soaked. I specifically asked for 30min chair and 30min feet massage combo then 1 hour massage on the table after. Never at any point asked for hot stones or deep tissue.

My first visit was honestly a little intimidating because I had never done anything like this before, but Trina made the entire experience so comfortable and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She walked me through every step of the process, explained everything in detail, and took the time to teach me so much about gut health and how these treatments help the body. Because of how amazing she was, I literally made it my mission to come back and book with her again. I've struggled with digestion issues and frequent constipation for a long time, and I can genuinely say I've seen real improvements since coming here. Between the treatments, the breathing techniques, and the massage techniques Trina taught me to support my gut, things have been improving so much. Slowly but surely I feel like I'm finally getting my gut health back on track. What really stands out is how kind and caring Trina is. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She truly makes what could feel like an awkward or scary first experience feel completely normal and empowering. And the little touches -- like the avocado she gives you afterwards -- just show how much she cares about her clients. If you're someone who struggles with digestion issues or constipation and you've been curious about trying these services, I cannot recommend Living Water Wellness enough. It might feel intimidating at first, but it is absolutely worth it. Trina has truly been an angel through this journey, and I'm so grateful I found this place!

I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. They seemed new and didn't have many reviews, and as a Yelp Elite, I usually rely heavily on reviews. But we decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad we did. I asked for deep tissue, and they did not hold back. For a large portion of the massage, my masseuse actually walked on my back -- fully standing and balancing herself using the rails attached to the ceiling (you can see it in the photos I posted). Not just for a quick moment either -- this was a consistent technique throughout the session. I've always said during stressful times that I wish someone would just walk on my back. I didn't think that would literally happen. And honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was deep but controlled. She shifted her weight carefully and worked directly into my upper back, where I carry most of my tension. It felt intense in the best way. I've only ever seen that style of massage in movies, so experiencing it in real life was pretty surreal. They also incorporated hot stones, which helped everything settle afterward. The room was clean, calm, and comfortable -- simple and relaxing. My mom was in the next room and loved her massage too. What stood out most was how they cared for her. She's legally blind and has some mobility challenges, and they took the time to walk her to the room and make sure she was comfortable before starting. That meant a lot to both of us. The lobby and bathroom were clean, there was plenty of parking, and it's tucked into a quiet strip mall in a nice area. For the quality and the price, it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely return the next time I'm in California.
