We went in for 90 minutes TBT signature Thai massage for me and my partner. We received a lovely welcome as we walked in. We have visited Thailand so we know how it should feel- this place is a second close to what we experienced in Bangkok!! We both like hard pressure, stretching as well as the massage and they delivered! We left feeling very relaxed . Highly recommended!! Thank you Joy and Rhonda read more

One of the best massages I've had in my life!!! Went here with my mom and we got massages at the same time. I added on hot stones and cupping. The stones were nice but the cupping was 10/10, I would need to add that on every time. Highly recommend getting Abby for your massage. read more

This was an absolutely amazing experience. One of the best massage I have ever had. The therapist was incredibly professional and did an excellent job of relieving the knots out of my shoulders and using Thai stretching techniques. Also love the heated massage table and warm coconut oil. The entire atmosphere was just perfect. Definitely come back. Thank you for being the best part of my week!! read more

It was just what I needed. Saved my neck and back and made my day. I was feeling terrible stiff neck and a bunch of issues from traveling lately. I needed to book a last-minute appointment as today was my only day off and I was able to which is great! Rhonda was my therapist and she was awesome. A true professional she kept checking in to see if the pressure was good, and if certain moves were OK which I greatly appreciated. My first reaction was how strong the sheets smelled of detergent like laundry I don't use Tide or anything scented in my laundry so that's stuck out to me. I worry about the chemicals, so don't often use them. At least this is a sign of cleanliness so obviously I didn't dock any points for that. It was very relaxing, and I will definitely schedule again. The center itself is a little strange because there's a lot of vacancies in the building, but who cares. I really I really appreciate this business, its location and ease of booking. The best thing is, it was super easy to book online, so I'll be doing that again soon! Thank you! read more

My MIL and I went in for massages, and each of us got a different style. (She got the aromatherapy massage, I booked the therapeutic, but after discussing it with the masseuse, I ended up with some elements of Thai massage as well.) We both walked out having gotten massages that fit our individual needs and feeling a whole lot better! read more

I was a little skeptical when i arrived but This place is amazing! It is the best massage I have ever had. She walked on my back which I had never had before. Felt great when I left. Hope to be back in the area for work and would definitely go again. read more

My husband and I love to go vacation in CA every year in the summer. After hiking and walking all long distances, our muscle was tight, so we love to have a massage after that. We were here last summer and now again. Abby never makes us disappointed. We both have Therapeutic Massage to relax our body from long exercise. Abby and her colleague did very good job. On the adventure vacation trip like this, I really need a massage therapist who is really good and know exactly what to help the clients on what they need. The vibe of the place is super chill and relax. Clean and super professional. I knew Abby when she was in the old location and now, she moves to new space that is bigger so, this new space is so much better. I'm glad she is still in San Diego which is one of my favorite vacations to go. I wish for her next year, she will still be being here, that is why I can come back again. I really Recommended for professional real Thai massage at Torrey Pines Thai Massage. read more

First off, the facility was very clean and the ambiance was relaxing. The ladies, Abby and Nonni were very welcoming. I did the 90 mins TPT signature massage and I wish I could've extended. Nonny's technique was a mix of kneading, rolling, deep circular movements, stepping using foot and stretching which my body exactly need due to muscle tightness, pain, and soreness. The pressure could also be adjusted to my liking. The essential oil that she used has a warming and cooling effect which I normally don't see in other massage places. My whole body was relieved after the massage. Free tea was a must I'd say I found my new favorite massage place. read more

AMAZING!! Best place ever, I have never gotten a massage before and it was hard picking a place but wow I got lucky on the first try. Such a nice ambiance and good for the price. The people here ask you questions to make sure that the massage is right for you. I felt like I was really cared for here and not just another person. The quality was amazing and the service even better. I got the aromatherapy massage because it is the most similar to a traditional massage, but they also stretched me at the end. So amazing. Every detail was great! Abby is amazing and my mom had Rhonda. Amazing amazing !! And not expensive for a massage either read more

For those who have never had a Thai massage, this is a true Thai massage experience. I wasn't sure that this would be possible because they use traditional massage beds, but they were able to provide a traditional Thai massage which you need to experience if you have never had one. For the uninitiated, a traditional Thai massage includes stretching and pressure point techniques. My wife and I had the pleasure of receiving a Thai massage from Abby and Jan. They both were extraordinary in easing our body tightness and pain. I highly recommend Torrey Pines Thai Massage and do not pass on the opportunity to book a session with either of these masseuses. read more

I had a great experience here. I booked a 90 minute massage with cupping. Abby was very skilled with the cups using them intuitively on the worst spots. This combined with the massage definitely brought lasting relief. I'll be back. read more

They are very polite and hospitable. Very clean environment very touching experience.

Review for Abby - Incredible Massage Experience! I just had an amazing massage from Abby, and I can't recommend her enough! I came in with some serious knots in my back and neck, and she worked absolute magic. Abby has a gift--not only did she find all the trouble spots right away, but she applied just the right amount of pressure to release the tension without ever making it uncomfortable. read more

Go for the signature Thai massage and make your appointment with Abby. She's tiny, but mighty strong. She has dramatically improved the mobility in my left shoulder and left side of my lower back. I've had this issue for years due to several sports and skiing injuries. Very highly recommended! read more

I've been coming to Torrey Pines Thai Massage about once a month for about a year, and I can't recommend it enough. Abby, the owner, handles the massages herself and she is truly gifted. I usually get the cupping treatment, and her technique is incredible. She's very meticulous and finds that perfect balance where it's effective but not too aggressive. The facility is always spotless and feels very professional. If you're looking for a high-quality massage in a clean, welcoming environment, definitely go see Abby! read more

I was barely able to move my neck and had a TMJ for months even after several sessions of chiropractic care and cranial massage sessions. After I received one 1hr- massage at Torrey Pines Thai Massage, I no longer have a TMJ and can move my neck and shoulders and body more freely. I consider myself lucky to have found this place and booked a session. Thank you! read more

One of the best massages I've had, highly recommend. I've been dealing with health issues for years and they are incredible.

I've always been resistant to the idea of getting a massage until a friend was boasting about and recommended TPT to my wife and me. Today we went to give it a try and got hooked right away. The ambience with dim light and soft music is soothing. The masseuses were very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. The service was first class!!! read more

One of the best massages I have received. I did the therapeutic massage with dynamic cupping with Alice. She listened to my concerns and worked her magic. Alice did an amazing job. I highly, highly recommend Alice and Torrey Pines Thai Massage. read more

I'm glad I trusted all the other 5 star reviews and chose Torrey Pines Thai Massage to go get a massage the other week. My back had been killing me and Abby really worked through the pain spots I pointed out. She was very communicative on asking how the pressure was during the massage as well. I would 100% go back and recommend both the business and Abbie to my friends, family, whoever. read more

Great aromatherapy massage by Abby. It was so relaxing I had trouble getting off the massage table to go home.

Abby is absolutely phenomenal! I was experiencing terrible shoulder pain and she was able to squeeze me in the same day. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage to fit my needs. She ensured I was comfortable throughout and knew the exact pressure to use without pushing me past the point of tolerance. I will be back for my next appt in a couple of weeks and have already passed her info along to friends. Highly recommend! :) read more

Abby is an amazing masseuse! It was my first time in and I will definitely be going back! The ambience was amazing and very comfortable, the essential oils made it even more relaxing. I'm so happy to have found Torrey Pines Thai Massage. read more

As a masonry contractor and often on the tools myself, a good massage is a necessity. I simply found this because it was close to my girlfriends and I can't speak highly enough of it. My back was so tight I could barely put my shoes on, and now I feel absolutely revived having just left Torrey Pines Thai Massage. Their intake form features a diagram, so you can let them know exactly where the problematic areas are, and in all honesty it was one of the best massages I have ever had. We will definately be back for another couples massage. It truly was outstanding. read more

Extremely clean and professional. Got the knots out and she knew how to fix problem areas . read more

I am always hesitant to try out new places, but I am so glad I came here. Abby is amazing at what she does! I work from home and have a toddler so my back, neck, and shoulders are pretty much always in some sort of pain lol. I am fresh out of a 90 minute massage and I feel like a new woman. She really worked extra hard on the areas where she could tell my muscles were really tight. The reception area and room are very clean and Abby is so nice. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Wonderful massage. Easy parking, nice atmosphere too. Will be back for sure to support this small business. Highly recommend.

I've searched for a while to replace my trusted accupressurist of 5 years who recently retired, and I am so happy I found this place! Abby is amazing, she knows her craft well, and she is a pleasure to be around. Her therapeutic massage is exactly what I was looking for as it brings relief and release for the usual tight spots, knots and strains, and adds relaxation. read more

Absolutely outstanding Thai deep tissue massage. I went there after a long 13 mile hike, in pain, and Panita (the masseuse) made me fell like a million bucks, a whole new person all over. Rates are very reasonable, the facilities are new, super clean, and they accommodated me at the last minute without an appointment. Can wait to go back! Will remember to take some pictures next time read more

Abby is THE BEST masseuse and I've been getting holistic massages since I was in high school. She literally has the best transitions between moves, and what I mean by that is she does NOT mindlessly or robotically massage. She is intentional in her multi-faceted technique, always checking on the pressure, understands what your body needs. I sit at a desk all day and have a 2 year old so my back, shoulders, and neck are always tense. Abby does wonders! She also cups me when I have intense knots in my back. I started taking my 89 year old grandma to her to help prevent her sciatica from returning - at first my grandma didn't live the idea of having someone touch her but since she's gone to Abby, she looks forward to seeing her every month! read more

I've been going to Abby for the past 5 years. She is shockingly strong and her precision gets all the right spots. I have tried over 30 people over the years, and she is one of the best. I have a very tight back and get Thai massages every 2-3 weeks. Plus she is a great, all-around person! read more

Abby - she's amazing just like the reviews said! She communicates and pays attention to your needs. Highly recommend to anyone! 10/10

False advertising and rude service. The picture of the therapist shown when I book the massage was not accurate. I was told to get undressed to my underwear. I had swim trunks on with no underwear. Therapist refused to do the massage unless I left my shorts on. Total waste of my time. Don't go here. They don't care about the client. read more
