The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(

I'm amazed at the services and prices! You really can't beat them!! Super affordable and exactly what I was looking for! So I contacted her via email for a two hour deep tissue massage. This woman deserves a prize for her work. The first thing she did was to ask what my situation was and where I needed the most attention. After explaining she gives you time to get comfortable and makes sure that you are relaxed for what comes next. She knows the body very well and was able to locate all of the knots and troubled areas. The piano music and oils she used just added to the pure release of pain and pressure in my back and neck area. She even found spots in my arms and hips that I had no idea were so stressed! Shows how little I knew about my own body and shows her expertise. By the time she finished, I was completely relaxed and a lot of my pain was gone! Then felt rushed when the next customer arrived (who also waited 30+ minutes). Only one person working on us at a time so whole appointment took 2 hours. Language barrier didn't help.... I wanted to pay for an extra service to add strength back to my nails (I came in with acrylic and gel polish). They don't do acrylic, said that gel-x was only for extensions, but then didn't offer anything else for nail structure, so I left with horribly thin nails after all the dremmeling. Now the gel polish is chipping after only a couple days. Won't be returning. It was also warm in the salon which made the wait very uncomfortable for me. Bummed about this experience because they did have very pretty gel polish colors. **and in response to the owner's reply to my review - no we were not told the gel would chip because of our nails being thin. My mom came in with dip powder and instead of soaking the powder off, they filed it off so it made her nails thinner than normal. And I was happy to pay extra for something to add strength to my nails. They could have offered a builder gel which I guess is a common material used for this. I asked about gel-x but the owner said it was only for extensions, when it could have easily been filed short since I prefer shorter nails. No reason why these services couldn't have been added on since the Groupon just included the gel manicure. We were already paying extra to have the old gel/dip/acrylic removed.
