She said that she doesn't but can do an Asian massage but that wasn't what I wanted. Why did they already say that they could do it when they couldn't? Since I already paid, there was nothing that I could do. It was ok but not what I asked for. They also charged an extra $2 for using my credit card. I did not feel relaxed at all and I am still healing from the physical pain she caused on my back/ribs/thighs. She did not even focus on my upper back pain when I kept telling her, she mostly spent time with my feet and it was PAINFUL. With constantly asking me if I want to upgrade from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage. Like no girl! I'm counting down the minutes to leave here after being touched with her claws. The worst part is that she kept sneezing and I'm pretty sure I contracted a viral infection from her. PRICE: I paid $65/hr for a horrible experience. I guess you pay for what you get. But I have had a better massage across the street for cheaper. Plus it's always so awkward when they stand at the door waiting for their tip. I got annoyed that she didn't tell me this before settling the payment. Then after I complained she said she could do half of the massage and then the other masseuse would finish. She said they were busy, but I had an appointment and if she couldn't provide the service then why have me pay in advance. The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(
