Suwanna did an excellent job. I went to her on Wednesday she did a 90 minute treatment - she did such a good job, I returned for a two hour treatment two days later. She was very easy to schedule with and I was able to move my schedule a bit as she was flexible. She was very kind her massage accommodation is very clean, very quiet and comfortable with nice background music at the correct volume and selections. She is easy to communicate with. I have to say her Massage was outstanding. I've had numerous massages before. She is amazing at walking on your back in a balance effective way I haven't experienced previously, and if you specify what you need done she's very good at following those specifications. I have seen Mai for several Thai massages. I have had Thai massages at various places in San Diego county and also in Thailand, and Mai is my favorite masseuse. I like seeing the same person with each visit, as she has learned what techniques work best for me. She is very responsive to customizing the massage to my needs on any given day--sometimes with more stretching, sometimes with back walking. The Best Massage! Really. I must say I do not write reviews often, but when I do it is because of the exceptional value of the service. In this case Caring Touch Massage Therapy (CTMT) rocks! I've been to many brand name massage services, but CTMT really raises the bar. Exceeds my expectations each visit. Here is why. First, you need to know the therapist, Su, works out of salon in a back room. But don't let that prevent you from seeing her. Heck you might want to get a mani pedi before or after. Anyway, the room is very nice and comfortable. Su's technique is the best I've ever expereinced. She is versed in several modalities and even mixes them up to provide the ultimate massage. She uses a very warm oil which feels wonderful while she works out the kinks. She applies the pressure you prefer (I like medium) and is very intune with your body. I nearly fall asleep every time. She can also do Thai stretches which I do once in a while. She is very good and knowledgeable about that technique. I highly recommend you give it try. What is even better is Su is always learning new techniques and incorporating them into her repertoire. I like people who want to always improve. I highly recommend Caring Touch Massage Therapy. I purchased a deal to try out a one hour therapeutic massage with aromatherapy and foot scrub at Chaba Thai in Rancho Bernardo and I was pleasantly surprised. It was an excellent massage: just the right pressure, relaxing, and my muscles felt better afterwards. Su checked in frequently to ask about the pressure and if there were certain areas that needed working on. At the end, she did some stretches to further loosen my back and legs. I appreciated that she wiped off all of the oil with a hot towel afterwards. I would return to Chaba Thai. read more
