Hidden Fees: I was switched to a different therapist without being informed they were classified as a "Master" therapist, resulting in an unexpected upgrade fee at checkout.Scheduling & No-Show Fees: Every time I book an appointment (a month in advance), they call me on the day of the service trying to change my time. To make matters worse, a scheduling mix-up occurred where they booked me for a day I never requested. Despite having the correct day saved in my own calendar, they charged me a $109 cancellation fee with zero flexibility or discussion. I emailed management to resolve these issues and have received no response after 48 hours. The customer service here is severely lacking, and the business practices feel incredibly predatory.
