He did do a nice job though. I read other reviews saying they didn't have privacy, but that wasn't my experience. I had privacy to change and while getting my massage, the door was closed and they knocked before coming in. It was a bit hard to communicate with each other as they didn't speak fluent English and English is my only language (I am unsure which other languages they spoke).

I think he was getting tortured since I heard a lot of popping and slapping coming from his side. I couldn't help but to laugh in my head. Walking on his back was a dangerous move with his back. I was aware of the tipping and appreciated the transparency on yelp so I thought it would be more discrete, they mentioned having having envelopes. Instead the ladies were just standing there as I open my wallet. I didn't even get a chance to talk to my son about his experience. It was his first massage and it was not a good first experience. Spent $140 on both of our massages and tipped $20 each which I wouldn't have but with them both standing there I didn't want to have them split a $20 bill. I have gone to the "foot massage" places and it was similar but with private room and clothes off. But much more expensive than the "foot massages", was sad to spend $180 and feel"meh" after. I would have rather had my house cleaned or gone to a spa and use all the amenities and get a massage or pedicure. My son gave it a 3 out of 10. I would say 4 out of 10 probably because once I saw the set up I lowered my expectations. Overall disappointing experience and an expensive lesson since it was for both of us.

I've gone here a few times recently and I think this is the home spa now. Last night (not even gonna give a name cause each of the masseuse I've had have been wonderful) I had the best massage / therapy session yet. I came late like 15 min before closing, and I could tell the young lady had a long day, maybe week, but was still so welcoming and did so well and not a single complaint. I have a broken hand and shoulder, and my masseuse was careful to not hurt me but clearly knew her way around the intricate small muscles and let up the perfect amount as she got close. Worked a little on my stretching too which isn't even a service shown to offer. Don't listen to that girls 1 review btw they literally wash their hands like 20 times a day and I've never had an inkling of something wrong and I am always on alert. Thanks staff! I feel like the masseuse did not know what they were doing. The entire time they were kinda using the same techniques of pinching and rubbing..? they were strong but I don't think they had a lot if experience with massages or knowing where to rub or target, etc. I'm usually good with deep pressure as long as it's in the rights spots but she would dig into my bones and it hurt... she was going so hard and aggressive for some points that I couldn't stay still and the bed kept moving constantly, it was so uncomfortable.. by the end when I was done, the bed was all the way on the other end touching the wall... again I feel bad because the ladies were nice but this was my experience. very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Since I already paid, there was nothing that I could do. It was ok but not what I asked for. They also charged an extra $2 for using my credit card. I probably won't return because I didn't get what I asked for. There are so many places to choose from and you need to listen to the customer.
