First problem, my therapist was NOT Jane. I was not notified on the call that the therapist was not available- wasn't even mentioned. Fine, I thought it would be ok to try someone else. The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(

I asked if they knew how to do a Swedish massage as advertised and was told yes. As I was getting a massage, it didn't feel like my normal Swedish massage, so I asked if she knew how to do Swedish. She said that she doesn't but can do an Asian massage but that wasn't what I wanted. Why did they already say that they could do it when they couldn't? Since I already paid, there was nothing that I could do. It was ok but not what I asked for. They also charged an extra $2 for using my credit card. I probably won't return because I didn't get what I asked for. There are so many places to choose from and you need to listen to the customer.
