Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took my phone there and had all sorts of issues with it when they gave it back. I decided to take it to another third party shop. They informed me that the phone was missing hella screws inside and apparently there's a little plastic piece over the ear speaker on new screens and they didn't even bother to remove it..lazy fucks! No wonder I couldn't fucking hear jack shit! They definitely do some shotty work. Just cause it "looks nice and new" on the outside they probably don't give two shits what parts they put back cause you'd never see the inside. One of the best things is that they are up front with costs and estimates, and don't try to up-sell you or "fix" problems that don't exist (the first computer I brought in just needed to be cleaned, and I had thought it was a major problem). read more

Kameron and Hannah helped get two phones fixed for me in the matter of two days. They had to replace the screen on both as they were both black. Took laptop, was promised 2 days, 5 days & 3 calls later it was done. Still checking but I found my McAfee full suite uninstalled. After 20+ years in IT there is no accidentally uninstalling a program. Especially a major one. Now I have to take the time to check for other missing software and hopefully can get them reinstalled. This place does not know what they are doing and to charge $129 is ludicrous. read more

Kameron was the biggest fuck boy I've ever. He refused to fix my friends phone, after not fixing it right the first time. He should not be the store manager. He is a dick. They put a new screen on my iPhone 6 came off just out of warranty (30 days). Fixed it for free it's been just over 30 days again and the screen is coming off again. Don't waist your money. Thought it was over priced to begin with but they were convenient. read more

simply the worst customer service i have ever received. I went down here to get a s21 ultra fixed, they had to order the parts and told me it would take a little longer than a day to get them in. It ended up taking a week and a half, and I had to pay for the parts up front so there was nothing i could do about that. then when the parts did come in, they didnt call me. I had to call them. So after waiting all this time for my parts and calling daily, i still decided to get it fixed with them. I figured things happen and stuff doesnt always go as planned. I got down there at 10 am, opening time, so I would be the first one in. The breaking point for me was when i was told he "should be able to get it done today" but its not guaranteed. So after waiting 10 days for a part other stores here in vegas have, and being lied to saying it would be a "little longer than a day" , Im still put at the back of the line. I dont understand the logic. By far the worst experience I have ever had getting a phone repaired. I will never return to this location and deter anyone I know from coming here. read more

Very nice little shop. We stopped in after having Chinese food because a friend told us they had $5 phone cases. They do! All kinds. I got a case for my iPad mini and two cords. Very super friendly people here at Simple Computer Repair. This is the first time I've used a service like this to get something fixed so was a little apprehensive. It's a husband and wife team. They were super cool and they were able to get my daughter's iPad screen fixed within the day. A bonus is that they're opened Sunday and a little past normal business hours so you don't need to miss work to pick your item up and they were just down Horizon Ridge in my area. The store was clean and tidy. Dealt directly with owner, Cam, and didn't have to deal indirectly with staff. I have an iPhone that needs to be fixed too and will definitely return. read more

I've always gone here for the cases and screen protectors. Great price and great customer service. The guys in here are always welcoming and always helpful. Yesterday I cracked my screen (of course the one time my phone didn't have their cases or screen protectors on it) and just being in rush on the way to work I found the closest place, which was wireless phone medics. Should have just waited it out because it was a terrible experience. Wireless phone medics stripped the screw behind my home button causing it to be raised forward, I didn't know this had happened so when I asked why my home button was messed up they said it was because my screen was bent (being naive and hearing how thin iPhone 7's are I believed and left). Today I went to simple computer repair to buy a piece of tempered glass (to make sure I don't crack it again, plus you can't beat the prices at this place) and the always friendly guys went to put my screen protector on it when I told them my home button is raised after getting the screen replaced somewhere else they told me that it shouldn't be like that. They then pointed out to me that the problem was the screw being stripped from an error from the place I originally went, I watched them take it apart myself and see the problem was really from the other place. Not only that, they changed out the screw fixing the whole problem, for FREE!!!! Left there with a phone good as new and 10 bucks well spent on the tempered glass screen protector future any future scratches or drops. These guys are awesome and I will NEVER go anywhere else for future needs. read more

They might know how to fix phones, but not computers. I was promised a half day turn around when my laptop screen went on the blink. A day later I called, and they had not looked at yet. 48 hours later I went in to get an accurate status and got, "I haven't got to it yet". This was after I made it clear I could not leave for over a day as I use it in a small business. The attitude was lackadaisical at best. When I told the guy I wanted it back, he just said, "ok". I got the sense that he did not know where to start. No apologies or answers.... I've told my friends to avoid this place for computer repair. read more
