I tried at home with a dedicated data cable, but kept getting bounced to the cloud to first save there then reload the new one. Needless to say, three days of frustration let me to Computer Repair Garage. I dropped off my laptop around lunch, and requested a rush. They did not promise I would have it back today, instead explaining they would do their best, but it all would hinge on data amounts, and rate of transfer, which they could not really control. Anyways, they controlled something because I got a text three hours later and the new one was ready. I was so thrilled as I had lots of work to do, that I even offered they could charge more for the rush. The politely declined and asked that I keep them in mind for future needs. Definitely will!
