Despite their initial assurances of quality and efficiency, the water heater installation failed multiple inspections. Each time, the inspector pointed out different issues that should have been caught and addressed by any competent professional during installation. The repeated failures not only caused significant delays but also meant additional costs for me, as I had to take time off work to accommodate the inspector's schedule and fixes Their poor service has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience which they did not even care to address during the process. I would not recommend Fairfax Electric if you are looking for reliable and professional electrical services. Their management was well below the standard expected from a licensed contractor.

I went with their option to install the ones that came with the extras that I knew I would appreciate down the road such as floodlights, audio, night vision etc. It's been almost a full week and I love the cameras. I'm actually having fun watching the deer, foxes and other night-time wildlife that wander the neighborhood. Autumn Electric was punctual, efficient. They even encouraged me to call-back should I want the camera angles shifted to provide different coverage. These guys are book-smart and street-smart when it comes to anything electric. Darrell (the dispatcher) is easy to deal with & always reconfirms things via email or phone call. One reason I chose Autumn Electric is because Dave (the owner) provided 3 different estimates each of which had different capabilities. I was very at-ease with Dave's electrical knowledge as well as his familiarity with various brands. I especially liked the way he trouble-shot issues along the way such as giving me the option to replace a rusty electric pipe that had been powering the motion sensor in the back yard. I would easily trust Autumn Electric for any other electrical needs.

Process was smooth from start to finish... I was called back very soon after I reached out,…read moreestimate was scheduled and completed quickly. Was easy to have them modify a couple items on the estimate. I had three ceiling fans installed in upstairs bedrooms, two of them at new locations, meaning they had to run wire, install the ceiling fan box, etc. There was no attic which made things a bit more challenging. The team of 2 finished the work in about 4 hours or so ... Ryan made an effort to cut as little drywall as they could, which I very much appreciated. The team wore shoe covers, which I noticed they removed and put back on as they came in and out of the house, and cleaned up after the job very well. Will definitely use them again when I need more electrical work. Update: There was a *very small* issue with one of the fans which I discovered a few weeks after the install, so small that I almost felt bad about asking them to correct it... I contacted Shauwn and he sent someone out almost immediately to fix it. This is a company that stands behind their work! Another plus.

He installed 6 in our office, 8 in our living room, and 4 in our bedroom. They're energy efficient, very bright, and we can turn them on from the "My Leviton" app on my phone! Dan also noticed our breaker was 30+ years old and recommended installing a new one. He installed a new one in just 2 days. He got permits for everything (which is very good and important) and he had it pass the county inspection, which is good and protects us if there's ever any unforeseen home insurance claims. They (D&D, Dan) do an excellent job of installing, are very knowledgeable, and make as few holes as possible while still doing everything to code. We appreciate that they're fully licensed, pull permits, and also are VERY REASONABLY PRICED. Other electricians tend to charge 20% more. Dan is not a salesman, he's a pure tradesman and knowledgeable master electrician, but don't be put off by that- there is nobody in the world who you should want working in your house over Dan. Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!
