We stopped in again, and we were glad we did. Another great meal of catfish and chicken fried chicken. Service was even better this time around as well!

"Prague" There are two ways to pronounce it. The incorrect way and the Oklahoma way! Under a pile of fresh cut fries were four nice sized catfish filets hand dredged in corn meal, escorted by 4-5 shrimp and hushpuppies; all fried to create a perfect crispy nirvana. Fresh homemade slaw on the side! Damn that was Good! I was originally going to have a salad until I saw the Friday special. Amazing food for a small-town restaurant. Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp and any other foodie review site you can find, has Destinations cumulatively rated 4.5 to 5 stars. That is hard to beat and I agree with the ratings! The corresponding fast friendly service make this little restaurant a perfect Destination

Great food! Smokie Okie appetizer is better than any nachos or loaded potato skins I've ever had. Burger was awesome. Catfish was amazing with crispy cornmeal breading.

One of the specials of the day, a jalapeno ranch burger topped with fried onions and bacon. Server said you will want extra napkins. I did

Ok. Hard to believe I am the second person to write a review of this place, but only other other person seems to like to know where to eat in greater Shawnee. Arrived at 2:20pm on Saturday. The venue is a filling station turned restaurant. Haven't been in the evening, but the truck tire tracks seem to say this is where you go to eat and enjoy music and a beverage. I had the jalapeno ranch burger which was covered with onions and bacon. The server recommended it, with her second choice being the mushroom swiss burger. In the past few years, the only other places that have made an impression are Liberty Burger (a chain) that peppers the DFW area and the awesome Cowboy Gelato in Amarillo. My friend had the 'ordinary' burger. We both opted for the smoked potato with sour cream and butter. We were not disappointed. At 2:20 in the afternoon, there were about six tables being served. For the town the size of Prague, that is a lot of people at that time of day. The local know. Across the street and a quarter mile or less west is another possibility, but we were both very happy with price, taste, service and menu choices. Take the detour from 40 between OKC and Henryetta/Eufala and points west for a great burger. Thank you for not disappointing us.

I'm feeling pretty conflicted about this review because my experience at this restaurant was a…read moremixed bag--some aspects were great, and others definitely need attention. Let me start with the positive: The Good: When I first pulled up to the building, I was impressed. The exterior looked nice, the parking lot was clean, and the place was buzzing with activity. There were a lot of cars outside, and there was a line for seating, which let me know this place is pretty popular. Since I was in a bit of a hurry, I asked if I could place an order to-go, and they were more than happy to accommodate. I ordered the catfish dinner, which came with French fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, a warm buttered roll, and even a couple of beignets. The catfish was decent--not the best I've ever had (I've got a pretty high bar for that), but it was tasty enough that I'd go back if I had the chance. The hush puppies were on point, and I appreciate that they didn't skimp on the portions. The inside of the restaurant was decorated with a cute, Ozark-lake theme, which added a charming touch. They also have a small gift shop with reasonably priced, locally made souvenirs, which I thought was a nice bonus. The young lady who took my order was polite, had a sweet smile, and was very friendly--definitely added to the positive experience. The Not-So-Good: Now for the part I don't like writing--the negatives. While I don't like focusing on the bad, there are some things that need to be addressed, particularly the cleanliness. The condition of the bathroom was a letdown, to say the least. There was a disposable toilet seat cover with feces on it lying on the floor, and that was enough to make me do a double take. On top of that, the door handles, doorjambs, and the entryways into the kitchen looked like they hadn't been properly wiped down in a while. There was a vent cover in the men's bathroom that was in rough shape, and, most importantly, there was no soap available to wash your hands. For a busy place like this, you'd think they'd be on top of those things. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it's definitely a concern that needs to be addressed for the sake of cleanliness. Final Thoughts: All in all, the food was decent, the prices were good, and the staff was friendly. The bathroom situation didn't ruin the experience for me, but it's something that definitely needs improvement. I would go back again if I'm in the area, but I hope they address these issues for the sake of future customers.

Brisket Pulled Pork Smoked Turkey Pork Ribs Hot Links and finally... Smoked Baloney. Potato Salad, White Mac and Cheese, Texas Toast, Pickle and Onion. Everything was smoked perfectly - even the baloney, which surprised both of us eating there - and absolutely tender. The meats aren't dripping in sauce which is often used to moisten a bad cook or to disguise poor flavors. Nope. If you want a saucy meal, it's a "self-inflicted wound" in my books, because you're missing out on some great well cooked meat. We didn't go there for side options, so reviewing them isn't the point. I did not see either a Corn Bread or a Biscuit choice which I would have chosen, but took the usual's just to see how they're done at Rustlers. I'm not a banana for dessert fan, that is, until my dinner guest forced me to have some of Rustlers Banana Pudding. I am now a rabid fan of banana's for dessert. Yes, it's that good. Don't keep whistling down the highway at 80+MPH trying to get somewhere faster than you should. Slow down, stop in, and get some well made BBQ. Sure, you're going to have the "meat sweats" once you've had your fill, but it's all well worth it in the end.

They didn't ask which bread you wanted or remember the vegetables we ordered or if we had paid. Not much of an ambiance. I'm gonna assume they use angel tears in everything they make bc it's always divine. Second, the staff there is SO friendly! They rival Chick-fil-a....And they might even be a little better! Third, they're hella quick. Online orders especially. It's nice that you can use the app and add a pick-up time and it'll be ready on the dot. And if you ordered a hot sandwich, it'll still be hot, and the bread won't be soggy. And for this location to have only been open for a few weeks now, I'm surprised they are actually as good as they are. I know they've pulled workers from their other locations, but still. A lot of the time it takes a while to work through the kinks, training, food preparation. Not this one. They are already doing everything right. Top notch! And again, bc it's so new, the place is immaculate. So clean. But I have a feeling as it gets older, that it's still going to look clean. They seem to be a "quality based" company instead of a "quantity based." Which I can appreciate bc my parents are small business owners, and we pride ourselves on quality service and products too. The inside is really loud, so it won't be good for quality time together-- so no dates fellas! Grab your sandwich from here, then take your love on a picnic instead!
