You can clearly see her passion for her work -- her attention to detail is unmatched, and she takes so much pride in ensuring everything is perfect. Every time I visit, I am always very pleased and happy with her work. She consistently checks to ensure I'm satisfied at every step, which truly shows how much she cares about her clients. Ray did my pedicure and was just as fantastic -- incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. Ray also takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and happy throughout the entire service. Both Kim and Ray made the experience feel relaxing and welcoming. Another thing worth mentioning is how clean and well-maintained the salon is. Everything feels fresh, sanitary, and organized, which really enhances the overall comfort and experience. What really impressed me is how long-lasting their work is. My first visit was right before the holidays, and because I was so busy, I couldn't return in the usual 2-3 weeks. My nails and pedicure still looked amazing even after a full month! This place is truly a hidden gem. Parking is also never an issue -- there's a large parking lot, which is always a plus. I highly, highly recommend ECO Organic Nail Boutique. I book through ClassPass, which is why I think the pricing is inconsistent. I've gotten dip nails consistently for the past 6 months and the dip removal price had been $5. I wanted to give my nails a break from dip, so I asked for a dip removal and regular manicure. When it was time to pay she said the dip removal would be $15! When I questioned why it was $15, she claimed because I'm switching from dip to a regular manicure it is more expensive ...which doesn't make any sense. When I asked why the price would jump from $5 to $15, she then claimed that if I would have done dip removal with dip refresh the removal process fee would have been included in the nail appointment. That has never been the case, I've always been charged $5 fee for dip or gel removal, which is perfectly fine and expected. I do think because I use class pass that they try to charge a higher rate for the additional fees

Also sat down and wanted a removal and new set of gel x... the male nail tech took out acrylic extension nails to PRY MY OLD SET OFF like dig under an edge that doesn't exist and rip. This hurts like hell and once I caught it I said no, please soak off or file. He huffed and seemed angry. Unsafe practices. Avoid, I should have left when no one was getting nails done .
