This was a GIFT, I did not purchase this groupon. One Onyx employee told me I could use the face value of the groupon for a different service and then another employee the next told me I can't use the groupon. THE SPA does not allow it. The Spa can allow anything or make an exception because it was a GIFT. I'll never go back. There are other spas close by that will get my business.

I found that to be very unsanitary and a big turn off. As nice as this couple is I really feel like they could offer a better experience. I paid close to $100 for basic gel toes and nails.
