Since they're appointment only, I made one for 11/29 and was able to get the first slot of the day. Kathy warmly greeted me and did my pedicure first. I saw the pricing for the services and asked what the difference was between the regular and deluxe pedicure and she said it came with a wax treatment and something else. For a $5.00 difference, I decided to get it. She went through the normal steps of removing the polish and so forth. I really appreciated her checking throughout the service to ensure my needs were met both with the shape and length of the nail, as well as how it looked. At first I didn't see the value of the deluxe until she put my feet in the wax bags and had it soak for a few mins. Once removed, my feet were so Incredibly soft! I figured ok, so the pedicure was great, let's see how well she does nails and that's where she really shined. When she started my nails, I noticed she was working a bit faster than she did on my feet. At that point, I assumed she had another appt (which she did), I just wasn't sure when. I was amazed that even while working a bit faster, she still cared about the accuracy and look of my nails. I'm used to being rushed and the nails not looking to my liking, but she was the opposite. Not only did she nail the design, but everything else was perfect. Best of all, she told me the prices up front so I knew everything she was charging for and there were no surprises afterwards. Kathy was polite, thorough, and did great work. Considering I paid less here for a fill, pedicure, and tip than I did at the other place with just a full set and tip, it's a no brainer who's getting my business in the future. I've never been to a nail salon before that had individual sinks at each station and thought that was pretty cool. My nail tech was so sweet, I don't remember her name but she did a really great job. I got Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure. She took her time with both services and gave me exactly what I wanted. Only think is I will say they are not super equipped to remove dip powder. I came in with an old dip manicure and luckily she was able to get it off because it was pretty thin - just be aware that you may want to try taking it off yourself before coming here. Overall, I thought my mani/pedi was fairly pricey for what I got, but that also included the cost to take off the gel. I'd recommend tho for sure!

I wasn't sure what happened with Kimmy's schedule, but someone else started my pedicure and then a 2nd person did my manicure at the same time. Definitely an efficient process which was fine. The pedicure person then handed off to Kimmy about mid-way thru. The same person did finish my manicure and did a nice job, I think his name was John. I told her four separate times they were crooked, they were too long and they are not the shape I asked for. She felt as though all of this was considered good quality service that was worthy of money. I then asked other techs to please provide me with fingernail clippers so I could cut them down. They would not provide me with that and instead another tech said he would fix it. I asked that he please file them down. The filing created more narrow nails and was filed so narrowly that he was filing the skin under my nails (see pictures). While he was fixing my nails, the tech who initially did my nails, confronted me then proceeded to complain about me the entire time (yes, the entirety of the time my nails were being re-filed). Gross customer service. I did still pay for the nails, as I felt it was the right thing to do. But no apologies and terrible, terrible experience. Please do not waste your money here. Please remember when you go somewhere for a service, you are allowed to request for the service to be quality. You are giving them money for the service, so they should deliver accordingly. I called ahead to check to see if they could get my daughters and I in on a Saturday. They said "sure! Come on in!" When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

The application of the acrylic was horrible but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by letting her finish. The owners excuse was I asked for too many layers of nail polish. (2 layers) as the polish was on the lighter side.
