The interior is clean and spacious. One side of the salon is dedicated to manicures with multiple desks. As for the other side, it is lined with plenty of pedicure chairs. When it comes to services, there are many to choose from. Not to mention that there are various colors and brands to browse through as well. They take walk-ins, but I recommend booking an appointment to ensure that you have a spot since it'll get busy as summer approaches. Overall, I had a fabulous experience. I gave this place 2 chances but every-time after 2 weeks my nails start peeling. I get dip powder on my real nails and they constantly break and won't stay for more than 2 weeks. I tried to give this place a chance due to the close distance but I won't return. They also make up prices as they please, not trustworthy. I really wanted to give this place a try. I came in and asked if they were taking walk ins and the gentleman said yes. I asked if I could have a full gel set manicure and he said yeah. He didn't give me any directions, so I asked if I sign in the pad as this was my first time in. He said no and motioned me to sit, so I did. It was Mother's Day so i was fully prepared to wait as I was just a walk in. He takes a few calls, and one of them ends up being someone who was going to come in a walk in for full set manicure and pedicure. After waiting about a total of 20 minutes, the lady who called in (he confirmed that she was who just called) walked in and he immediately sat her. I avoid confrontation at all costs, so it was really uncomfortable for me to speak up and ask why she was sat immediately as a walk in when I've been sitting as a walk in as well. He then proceeds to ask if I checked in on the iPad looking machine. I said no, I asked you earlier when I shared this was my first time and he said oh no, I thought you needed time to think. The lady that walked in was kind of enough to offer waiting and he said no, she can get a pedicure first. I kindly remind him that I didn't want a pedicure and that I just wanted a full gel set manicure. He then goes oh okay, uhhh.. one minute (as in I would have to wait even more for someone else to be available). I understand that this was miscommunication, however they did not own up to any of it and made me look like the bad guy. At this point, I didn't want to proceed with obtaining a service with a place that made me look like I was in the wrong in this situation. I really wanted to give this place a try as it close to my home, but due to this experience- I will not be back. I don't typically get my nails done, which is why I was trying to be as clear as possible when I walked in. At no point did I ever indicate that I did not know what I wanted, but he let me sit for 20 minutes while he was just looking at his phone. read more

I guess this shop only respond to Caucasian customers. What I asked for at the top vs what I got at the bottom. The experience in the nailshop wasn't horrible which is why I'm giving it one star because the customer service was friendly however the lady who did my nails that look Hispanic or something that sat closest to the check out area was extremely slow and not experienced at all. When she 1st started, the nails weren't evenly placed so I asked her to redo it & throughout the process I had to say something every single step almost as if I was guiding her to do my nails instead of her knowing what she was doing. I kept requesting her to make my nail shape more narrow just like the pic & unfortunately she just did not know how. I was hesitant to come here because of the other bad reviews and should've listened to my 1st thought. I even told her I will just come back another day because I could tell from the start it wasn't going to be good but she insisted. I will not be back but I am happy I didn't get an angry or rude nail tech. She must be brand new to doing nails and these days nobody has money to waste on beginners those people should practice at home. If she isn't new then doing nails doesn't seem to be working for her. Make sure you know exactly what you will be charged before getting anything done. Not all charges are on the sign they have posted and they will add "additional charges". I was charged $5 extra for "cutting my nails down", when all she did was file them down about a quarter of an inch. The woman that did my nails was nice enough but didn't say much the whole time. I did find it strange that she was putting any trash, like the dust from filing my nails and the paper towel she used into a ziploc bag. Not sure if they just don't have trash cans or what. Quality of work is average at best. You get the bare minimum for an inflated price. The place I normally go charges less, doesn't nickle and dime you, and applies lotion and a warm towel at the end. My normal guy is out of town for a month which is the only reason I came here. There are places that are cheaper with a higher quality of work. There's a reason the place was empty. Crap!!! They are GREEDY LIARS, THIEVES..... I came with a photo of EXACTLY what I wanted. I was quoted $70. What I got was my naturally long square oval nails shaped into almond (not what I asked for), shorter (also not what I asked for), and no design(THE ONLY THING THAT I ASKED FOR). And then they except a tip. They nickel and dimed, added charges to the prices that aren't on their price board. Never going back!! I felt like crying all the way home because my birthday vacation look is ruined. I'm only giving a star because the young guy that did my toes was ok but the manicurist ruined everything for him. read more

The nail salon was very clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made my nails look so fresh and stylish. There were so many color selections! don't buy a certificate because they expire. my husband donated $60 to this place. he got me a certificate for Christmas, I opened it and didn't look at it again until I just tried to use it. I know its my fault I should have read it right away but that doesn't seem right to have an experation. they should make sure the person buying the certificate understands that's. read more
