We had a wonderful dining experience! The cheese pizza was perfectly cheesy and delicious, and both the Indian-style paneer wrap and butter chicken wrap were packed with flavor and made fresh. Order was received at 0640 pm and finished at 725 pm. Just 5 food items took 45 mins to hand to courier from receipt to delivery. Very very poor kitchen management and because of this delay the order became soggy and stale - courier just took 9 mins to reach home. read more

Our go to Indian pizza spot! Parking is easy as it's part of a complex. We usually call ahead to place our order and come for pick up (usually takes 15 - 20 min per pizza). Our favorite is the shahi paneer on cauliflower crust. Lots of veggies, paneer, and flavor! They are also one of the few places in Dublin that have late night hours. I have had the pleasure of trying Indian style pizzas before but this location was a new experience. I ordered for pick up, it was ready soon after my arrival. The location is in a decent area and the interior of the shop save the odd rear entrance blocked was pleasant and inviting. Parking around is adequate and the staff were polite. I ordered the Butter Chicken without peppers and onions and added pineapple . When I first opened the box my immediate thought was that looks delicious. I think it's important to first eat with your eyes and first impressions were positive. Everything looked fresh and unlike some places the toppings were generous not sparse. As a word of caution, while I love Indian food I lean toward the mild non-spicy dishes which I acknowledge is not really indicative of Indian. For that reason I feel like I can't really fault them for the butter chicken pizza being more spicy than I prefer. Spice aside the pizza was a great pizza and I feel like like any lover of Indian food would find no fault with it. Not sure if they can tone down the spices just a bit but next time I will ask. That aside the whole experience and pizza creation were undoubtedly a 5-star experience. read more

We came across a newspaper ad and decided to try the new Desi Pizza Bites restaurant. We were offered the option to choose two different curry pizzas, one for each half. They served the pizza within 15 mins. The curry flavors were rich and flavorful, and the toppings were generous. Since the restaurant was new it was very clean, they had high ceilings and plenty of seating. We'll definitely be coming back again. read more

Desi pizza bites is my neighborhood pizza spot! They have great options for both Italian pizzas and Indian pizzas. I've tried their Malai Chicken and Italian combination, both were really delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more of their Indian topping pizzas as well. Compares pretty nicely to Tandoori pizza nearby. If you can get a hold of some of their promotions, there can be some pretty nice discounts on certain days of the week. Both times I ordered takeout, but they have a pretty roomy location if you choose to dine in. Service was nice both visits with very polite staff. read more

I've ordered from here 3 times now, and I must say I'm impressed. There are two Indian pizza spots in San Ramon, closer to my home, but I'll drive the extra 20 min for DPB. Staff: Friendly and always repeat my order to make sure it's right. Inside: plain looking, but always clean. Pizza: I've had the Achari gobi, curry chicken, and malai chicken, and was impressed with all 3. The pizza dough is more chew and air than the comparable San Ramon pizza places, and the flavor is easily the best of the Indian pizza shops. The ingredients taste fresh, and the spices are on point and really compliment the ingredients. Prices: Surprisingly, thanks to their 50% off coupons, this is by far the cheapest place of its kind. read more

Takeout out review for Monday 11.18.24. It seemed dead but I realized it was Monday night school night . First of all the front main entrance is opposite of the main parking lot so it's confusing and it looks like their are CLOSED. The door is covered with their posters etc. The entrance is actually towards the LOWES side street which actually has another Indian pizza place Tandoori Pizza. For here we orders half achari chicken and half bbq pineapple . The crust dough was flavorful and tasted similar to tandoori pizza. We didn't have a paper or digital coupon but the young man nicely added 20% off when we asked, he gave us some coupons for next time too. There is huge plenty of free parking as it is next door to other Indian shops and restaurants in this tiny strip mall corner and Eloft hotel. The place has some on and the is very clean as is the bathroom . They have self grab kulfi ice creams too. Service is great and pleasant . They deliver too. The cashier guy told me it is a chain and one is one the way to San Ramon and there are other one already in Tracy and Modesto- nice to know. When I moved here there was no Indian pizza places now there are so many options . I think this spot will succeed in this area as this location is excellent close to a brand new Dublin High school & huge Indian community in the tri valley. In the beginning, not bad at all. Ordered the pizza, picked it up, went home and enjoyed it, repeat. Recently, however, they got my order wrong. I had someone else pick up the order for me so I didn't see that the order was wrong until the pizza was brought home. Again, people make mistakes, not the end of the world. The problem was how this issue was dealt with. I called them to let them know that the order was wrong and asked for a refund, and they apologised and said that while they couldn't give me a refund (as their system apparently doesn't allow it), they could get me a discount on a future order. I wasn't too on board with that option so the person on the phone stated that they'd call me back and have me speak with the manager once she was back. Cool. I waited an hour, no call. I called cause it was getting late and they said that she wasn't back yet and that I would just have to wait until she got back. I waited a few days-no call. I called back to follow up again and was told that my name and number had been noted and that I would get a call as soon as the manager came but that the person on the phone did not know when that would be. This was already frustrating. More than a couple weeks have gone by...no call as of yet. I will not be eating at this location again (until and unless they fix their customer service), and anyone that suggests Desi Pizza Bites Dublin will get this story. I'm not nearly as upset about the restaurant having gotten my order wrong, that's happened multiple times before at numerous places. I'm upset at the customer service, or lack thereof. read more

To the person who said this was "objectively good" pizza, this can only be true if your benchmark is Dominos. This is very cheaply made pizza. I can't believe the quality and size of the pizzas in context of the prices. It wasn't horrible, but I didn't finish it all and I can't imagine spending that much on this pizza again. Came late on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty. We ordered a large butter chicken pizza and a cheesy bread appetizer. The pizza was delicious!The girls working there were very patient and attentive. They brought us ranch and marinara upon request and when our pizza came out it didn't have cilantro on it like listed on the menu so they brought some out for us. They both had really good attitudes which was nice. The restaurant looks new and was clean. Will definitely be returning soon! read more

Overall a solid, 4.5 out of 5 rounded up to 5. Not sure when the exact switch over happened, but I did come here Labor Day and got a few pizzas since they were on special. And come back like 2 weeks later and saw it was Desi bites. The parking lot can be janky and feels small when it's busy at times. Anyways, after stopping by their grand opening (got a free pizza) and I actually stopped by again to try out their other pizzas since they are offering 50% off large pizzas Monday through Thursday 11-4pm. The free pizza I got their tandoori pizza and it was a solid pizza, good taste and flavor overall. As for my last visit, I actually ordered their curry pizza and regular combination pizza with veggies and that combination definitely hit the spot. The topping were slightly above average to average, I have order pizzas where the topping have weighed down the pizza but this was a nice ratio of pizza topping and crust. The curry chicken was a solid hit and would order it again maybe, but to be honest I'm going to try and order a few more Indian fusion pizzas to see what might be the best one and it could be a meat or pure veggie, I'm open to trying it all hopefully. Besides, the solid toppings on the pizza, I would say imp the crust is decent to very good but it doesn't stand out like one of the former Indian pizzeria from a few years ago. As with these several visits, the cashiers has always been very friendly and patient and the staff have been happy and helpful overall. Only slight knock is that they still have some of the old decor from the previous restaurant..but still the place is very neat and clean in appearance. Ranks up there with Curry Pizza House as my favorite Indian Pizza places! The advantage of coming here over Curry Pizza House is that they allow you to pick any 2 specials if you want to split a large with a friend. My friend wanted chili paneer on his half while I wanted achari chicken on mine. At other Indian pizza places I've been to, unless the sauces are the same on the 2 flavors, they don't allow this, which either means you and your friend are getting 2 separate pizzas, or you have to settle on a certain set of flavors (not the end of the world). Customer service is also top-notch here. My friend and I had a more complex order than they're likely used to getting--he's lactose intolerant so he didn't want cheese on his half, on top of the fact that he was getting a completely different flavor than I was. The staff readily accepted this order and made triple sure that we got what we wanted, which was a nice touch. All in all, pristine pizza and conscientious customer service. I ordered the Mozzerella Sticks. The menu says quantity 8. The cashier/server brought me 6. When asked about the quantity, she argued with me and said the menu says 6. We looked at the menu together and she agreed it says 8 but did not make the order right. Not sure if they ran out or what. Also, the cashier is the cook and the server. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. We ordered the Achari chicken wings and the butter chicken pizza. The chicken wings were the best chicken wings I had ever had, hands down! Must try! The pizza was also delicious. I also loved that the restaurant was kept clean, including the restroom! Ladies you know we all never want to use a dirty restroom so it was much appreciated that it was very clean.
