Recently, Rocky cleaned about 1,000 square feet of ceramic tile in our home. He spent hours working to get the dirty grout cleaned up, using a variety of cleaning solutions to find the perfect result. We had a few areas where the tile met a bedroom doorway and the edge was tattered, pulling away from the tile. The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company!
