We have a single story, 4-bedroom home in Queen Creek. We asked for the pet deodorizer with our normal pre-treat carpet clean package. Once agreed on a date and time, Rock gives excellent communication- texting when he's on the way, and always flexible to schedule changes if needed. He's respectful to your property and meticulous with his work. He will spend the time needed to make sure your flooring is looking its best once finished. Recently, Rocky cleaned about 1,000 square feet of ceramic tile in our home. He spent hours working to get the dirty grout cleaned up, using a variety of cleaning solutions to find the perfect result. In the end, we were extremely happy with the outcome- both quality and price. Hands down an absolute steal for the amount of work put in to the cleaning process. Rocky also repairs carpet. We had a few areas where the tile met a bedroom doorway and the edge was tattered, pulling away from the tile. Rocky spent time repairing these spots (using leftover carpet we already had on hand), and really did a great job. My wife was super impressed with the results. If you have questions, just ask. Rocky is very friendly and always open to ideas, questions or feedback. He's very conscious of his work quality, always wanting to make sure he leaves his customers highly satisfied. Superstition Carpet & Tile is a small business worth investing in. I always tend to think the bigger, multi-location businesses are a little less focused on quality and more on quantity. Rocky is thankful for the business he receives and is 100% committed to doing an excellent job and making his customers happy. However after googling and looking at Yelp reviews for several steam companies this company kept coming up at the top at the list. The prices are fair and reasonable and transparent. I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job!
