Easy to get ahold of and came out later that evening after we got home from work to inspect the house and property. Prior to him coming I checked the foundation for mud tubes. And did not find anything. But Mickey was able to find one right by the threshold of one of our outer doors that I had missed. And he found spots in the ceiling that we didn't see and in another room. So he was very thorough. And He's used covers over his boots when he walked though our home, which my wife super appreciated. After determining there was termites he was very confident that he could get rid of them. And settled our anxiety about having termites in our home. We have never had termites so we thought it was the end of the world. It made us feel better when he told us that it's likely a minor problem and that he was 100% confident that he could get rid of them. When it came time to discuss treatment options and pricing. Before we even got started talking about prices he asked that I search average costs for whole home treatments in Arizona. Just so I had an idea of cost. I was very pleased that he was able to work with us and come up with a reasonable price that was below the average cost for a whole home treatment and warranty. Both combined were well below the cost of just a normal treatment would be based upon the search. I really appreciated his transparency and how he came up with his pricing. We were able to schedule the treatment two days later and he arrived right on time. He did the treatment as discussed (spot treatment with foam to 3 areas/room, liquid pesticide around the parameter and bait trap around the parameter) and he made everything look clean and even patched the holes in the ceiling where the termites had eaten through. I'd say he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And his confidence that the treatment was going to work was very reassuring. Once he "completed" the job he proceeded to put away the hose. I asked why he did not due the block walls only to learn it was extra charge.!.! Absolutely unacceptable and something that had been standard practice with other service providers. Not impressed with their Scorpio treatment either. They used granules and did not treat block walls or crevices where scorpions typically nest. They get one stars for being on time.

We called everywhere for three days trying to find a rescue service that could help us figure out what to do without harming the family with no luck. Finally, another rescue service that couldn't help us at the time, suggested we try Joe at Lone Wolf. I called and he re-arranged his overloaded schedule to make us his first stop in the morning. He gently corralled the ducklings, but had no luck with the mama, she wanted nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Joe takes the rescued orphans where he and his family expertly raise them until their old enough to release back in the wild. He was very patient and carefully explained what he does and is a great guy to boot. His fees are more than reasonable. He deals with all kinds of wildlife and/or pests, so if you have a problem, he should be the first and last call you need to make.
