We called everywhere for three days trying to find a rescue service that could help us figure out what to do without harming the family with no luck. Finally, another rescue service that couldn't help us at the time, suggested we try Joe at Lone Wolf. I called and he re-arranged his overloaded schedule to make us his first stop in the morning. He gently corralled the ducklings, but had no luck with the mama, she wanted nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Joe takes the rescued orphans where he and his family expertly raise them until their old enough to release back in the wild. He was very patient and carefully explained what he does and is a great guy to boot. His fees are more than reasonable. Wow! These Bugeyes are over the top! We had recently…read moreswitched to using them for our routine maintenance service and even after their 1st visit we noticed such an improvement over our previous pest control svc provider! Not only in the little things, like going around and knocking down cobwebs, checking in trees and hidden areas for signs of pest nests or presence, and taking specific care to note where my dogs were located during the spray of the inside and outside! BUT they must be using a much better spray recipe too because we sure noticed a significant increase in the quantity and variation of the different critters that were "caught" by even just the 1st spray treatment! We never saw that amount previously. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they even immediately noticed that we may have a roof rat problem! I hadn't even noticed anything at this point and I spend a lot of time out in my yard! The Guys were so knowledgeable. They explained several things to us and told us what to watch for... Casey was able to trap 2 elusive Racoons that were becoming a bit aggressive in my yard. He relocated these racoons and 1 rascally squirrel for me. He also helped with a bird that was caught in my kitchen vent. Most recently, Nicole assisted my parents by sealing areas on the roof where a bird got stuck in the vents at their home. We have had other experiences with hawks and ducks too!
