Where do I start- The front desk staff- rude- no hello- no kindness- no care for anyone- just speaking to each other loudly taking about other people no concerns of the line, the tone of voice used and attitude displayed by the team is completely unprofessional. We were scheduled for a CTScan at 3. As we were walking in at 3 we're also getting a phone call the machine was down. We drove over an hour for the appointment. Several others came in, and also not notified of the machine being down. One lady even argued with a man saying he was called while he stood there showing his phone. They clearly called NO ONE. People have to take off work, arrange the days- no that anyone here cares/ you also are dealing with SICK people that need assessments to for their care. Your lack of professional and concern for patients disgusting. I hope you're all treated with the same respect you show your patients. Also interesting Yet, the machine was going to be working on Monday morning. When asked why we were not called they said they forgot and the girl ran out of time and didn't get to it. Your staffing issue is not your patients problem. This is unacceptable. The physical plant is filthy. The floors are stained, the bathroom has not been cleaned in days. Paper all over; no soap in the dispenser. This is really horrible care- I would strongly encourage anyone to go elsewhere/ we pay for this through our insurance and we can choose where to go- do not spend your money here- unless you enjoy being treated like a doormat.

Shame on the doctor! Southwest Xray West went above and beyond the call of duty. From this point forward, I'm going to request them for all my tests that they perform! Recommended! 5/5

I unfortunately miss my appointment the Monday prior. Tried to reschedule on the phone. I was immediately ask to hold on the phone. After 5-10min hold. I hung up and call back. Once I got a answer. I shared very respectfully that I was on hold moments prior. The front desk manager ( which whom I was speaking too) immediately took defense ( very personal) n responded " that was not me that place you on hold, CAN I HELP YOU? ) with a unprofessional attitude. Almost like a disregard of me wait but like also like ( and ok HURRY UP so I can get you of the phone ) type attitude. Then proceeded to over talk me and down play my U.S.Army veteran status- which initially pay for the whole procedure ... almost like bringing it up in a envy way. Furthermore, since she over talk me... I hung the phone up and decided to hope in the car to making my way to the office. In the attempt to inform the doctor himself how unprofessional his front desk staff are acting. I arrived to the office and to eliminate any further disrespect from the front desk staff. I simply asked the staff can I speak to the doctor. Front desk staff, respond " no you can't and you will not speak to the doctor ". I felt helpless. Therefore, I Urge you / the people/ the community to not go here .
