Office Experience: Have been going to this office in Las Cruces for 10 years and they dropped me as a patient because the office nurse, Joleen Lesczcynski,, doesn't like me because I complained about having to drive four hours for a 6 minute walk when gas is so high and we are 75 years old with bad eyesight and stage 4 emphysema to renew my oxygen prescription. They had never in the last 3 years asked me to come for 6 minute walk until I complained how they were treating my husband. They dropped my husband last month because they didn't want to do his VA renewal anymore. They had numerous medical records on me (PFTs, hospital records, etc) to know that I am oxygen dependent as well as my Trelegy 200 but they wanted to see how much inconvience and expenses their actions could cause us. I logged into the patient portal to get a copy of my six minute walk report and that is when I found out I had been dropped. 5/15/2026 just got a call from Rotech that Jolene L. called in an order for a portable O2 machine instead of renewing my prescription for the home O2 concentrator machine. This place deserves double zero stars. They have no concern for the patients, only MONEY HUNGRY. The 6 office girls crowded in the front have patients' do their work whereby we have a hard time breathing. I had an appt. on 11/9 and they cancelled it due to no authorization. I checked with my insurance company and they did not need an authorization but THEY ARGUE YOU DOWN THAT YOU DO This made me late for my appointment that was at 4:30 p.m. I called the office at 4:15 p.m. to let them know I was stuck in traffic and they told me to come on in and drive safely. I arrived 5 minutes late and Dr. DR. EUGENIO ARMENDARIZ was still in a room with "a" patient so I still had time to register. They made me wait until he came out a room to see if he would see me and this was at 4:50 p.m. They walked me to the back only to tell me that "he won't see me." This was my first appointment two weeks from my hospitalization at hospitals of the Providence. I told them I was in desperate need of oxygen with an O2 Sat of 85%. They ignored me only to have my life shortened since this could result in damage to my organs. read more

Adolfo N. Anchondo is a complete jack ass who believes he is above everyone. My mother had her appointment today 08/27/21 she waited for more than an hour in a cold room. Anchondo walked in and when my mom complaint to him he told her to get out of the room and leave. This doctor is very rude and only gives you about five minutes but if you die of Covid and he was your specialist at the time of death he collects his portion for doing absolutely nothing. Why do I know this? He did this with my father and would charge for zoom calls knowing my father's condition. Avoid this whole establishment if you love your family member/ relative do not, do not come to this asylum. Anchondo is also extremely rude to "minority" groups. The front staff all female crew are incredibly arrogant, very rude. You cannot speak to them at all. They waste a lot of time just gossiping. Do not go here!!! read more

Despite what the reviews say, Dr Fernandez is a God send. He is one of the best pulmonologist I have ever met (and I have seen MANY doctors due to my cancer). He takes the time to sit down with you, he hears you out, and he takes the time to explain everything to you. He treats you like a human being which is rare to find in doctors now. I went in with an appointment and it took from 12:00pm till about 3:30pm to JUST SEE THE DOCTOR! Let alone actually get an x-ray and leave. My appointment was at 1:00pm and I was not put into a room till 2:45pm. Then on top of that, I didn't see the doctor till about 3:30pm. All the while my partner, who was a walk-in, checked-in at 1:30pm and was out by 2:30pm. Not only was he seen quicker, but he was also treated a lot better than I. I was constantly interrupted by the doctor, neglected by the nurse technicians when I would simply ask for another medication would be taken into account on my profile because I am greatly allergic to it, and was forgotten in the examination room on multiple accounts. My partner was in and out with ease, and I left with no patience and a throbbing headache at the way they ran this place. read more

The wait was less than 10 minutes which was great. However the doctor seemed to be in a rush and was not very patient oriented. From the time we were put in a room he took less than 2 minutes to walk in and only stayed for 2 minutes. He was not very interested to hear about any symptoms or discuss what my mom was feeling. Every time I went to this facility I got hurt. The last time, I was laying on the CT table to get a CT scan of my lungs and the woman had me laying at the end of the table with my legs hanging off. I told the woman it was hurting my back but she ignored me saying it will only be a few more minutes and don't move. I was in torment trying to hold the awkward position while they completed the scan which took 10 more minutes. Six months later my back still hurts from this ignorant stunt. I brought it to the general managers attention, Nora Saucedo, and she acted as though I was taking her up her precious time and I could tell she couldn't be bothered. Don't use Carlo Hatem, he was prescribing my inhaler; his hateful, judgmental attitude was so excessive I dreaded having to see him. He told a friend of mine he didn't want to see her anymore and don't come back when she couldn't complete a PFT (pulmonary function test) when she had pneumonia. She warned me about him and this facility, but I'm a veteran of the Vietnam War and wanted to give them a chance. The people in this facility from the top to the x-ray tech down to Carlo Hatem seem to enjoy trying to humiliate people, they are sadistic and show no professional demeanor. Look for a good Pulmonary doctor elsewhere, one that was educated in America if you want to get good treatment and shown a little bit of compassion and understanding. They certainly don't practice the Hippocratic Oath (the oath of ethics) here, all they want you to do is tiptoe in there cesspool of bad attitudes and sadistic behavior. Don't you dare complain about anything because they will send you a letter saying they don't want you as a patient, especially if they know your sick. read more

The wait is ridiculous. Sometimes I've waited over an hour only to be told, after asking, that he wasn't even in the office yet. No regard for patients time. Recently had one appointment cancelled, and after rescheduling had the office call to move up my appointment, then waited an hour before leaving. So many "sorry for the wait" from the doctor but never any changes. If you have no place to be and don't mind being disrespected, this is the place for you. read more

doctors ask patients to be there at least 30 minutes before the appointment and they will reschedule if you don't comply. the problem is that even with 30 minutes ahead of our appointments, they still see you 1 or 1.5 hours after it. also, their admin office is really disorganized, trying to get your essential medicine refill is chaotic. read more

You can not ask the girls in the front desk anything because you will get that eye rolling and attitude. I am a patient on the east side office and had never had a problem until I needed to see Dr. Armendarez because I needed my CPAP machine pressure levels increased!! I asked them if I could see him before the 17th of April because I'm going to be having a major surgery and won't be able to come to the office until I'm completely healed from the surgery, I was told that I needed to go to the El Paso Sleep Center for that and I said that this clinic is associated with El Paso Pulmonary Associates through Dr. Gonzalo Diaz and that I should be able to get the right assistance I need from El Paso Pulmonary Associates. I have been treated extremely rude and mean by one of the CNA's/MMA's at the east side office and then I was contacted by someone from the west side office that I thought was an office manager and when I explained everything to her she claimed that I needed to go back to the sleep study clinic and would be glad to make me and appointment and I said "NO"!!! The people/staff at both the El Paso Pulmonary Associates (all campuses) and the El Paso Sleep Center need to be replaced or have a brain transplant because not only do they not listen but they obviously are brain damaged and do not understand or comprehend anything you say which makes me think that they either never went to school, never paid attention in school or graduated from school!!! Don't go to any of their clinics they don't know how to treat people at all!!! This is one of the reasons I don't trust doctors anymore and do homeopathic and holistic medicine now, unfortunately when you have severe obstructive sleep apnea you have to deal with shitholes like these people!!! read more
