Very disappointed the 2nd time of trying this sandwich shop. The 1st time a few months ago the sandwich was dripping in oil and I was not able to eat it. I decided to use Grubhub to order a Sub from this place a few days ago, and had the Raptor Duo Sandwich. Not sure what's up with the funky names, but the sandwich tasted great! No shortage of meats and, cheeses. They stack it well. The only drawback is that, they only have small sandwiches, so if you're looking for a ten to twelve inch sandwich, you're out of luck! So disappointed! We read all the reviews online and made a special trip to try it out. On the pastrami the bread was so soggy and nasty tasting. Also the potato salad was store bought like from Albertsons or something. There was no fresh desserts and everything was store bought as well. For sure disappointing and a waste of money! Great first time here today! My husband wanted a philly cheesesteak but they didn't have one on the menu, and one of the employees offered to make him one anyway just based off of a different sandwich on the menu. He went above and beyond to make a great sandwich. I got the Cubano sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. The ham they used was super juicy and flavorful and went perfectly with everything else in the sandwich. Not sure if the bread they used is made in-house but it was great quality as well. The customer service was awesome and the ambiance was that of a small family-owned restaurant. You can tell they take pride in the food they are serving and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. It's something you don't see too often nowadays. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the Lancaster area for lunch, it was a little on the pricier side but they are using fresh quality ingredients so it is worth the money. read more

Your online ordering system is horrible, when is says you can pick up the order at 4:30 and your employees don't have any record of it at 4:35 that's pretty bad customer service. On top of that I tried calling at least 6 times to let your employees know that someone other than myself would be picking up the order and the call went from your automated system to ringing and no one picked up. I was told by that other person that when he got there he was the only customer and every one of your employees were just standing around. I ordered the Ruben twist. I am not over exaggerating when I say, this is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. If you like sandwiches I ordered 5 different ones and everyone with me loved their order. They were not fast so plan accordingly. When I hear Deli, I expect the New York style Deli with meat slicers and you can pick the kind of sandwich you want, your way. This is a glorified sandwich shop. Do they meet the health code? Questionable. Blonde headed girl did not have a mask on the entire time I was there. Those girls have ponytails flapping around but no hair nets. I ordered the Classic Ruben but it didn't hit the spot. Did she put yellow cheese in my Ruben? I like mine with provolone. Don't put in a heat containing bag, my sandwich was soggy when I got home. Price is slightly higher than the King's Deli in Burbank near WB studio. That's absurd. ¡No bueno! I was lured by the veteran own sign and definitely disappointed. Corned beef tasted good though. The sandwiches are absolutely fantastic, though a bit expensive. The side mac salad and potato salad are very small. The problem here is the customer service and the atmosphere. Three young girls working behind the counter. I say "working" but really just having conversation about life. Meanwhile, the tables are all dirty. The floor has spilled soda on it, with one orange cone to the right of it. I didn't see the one orange cone and stepped in the soda. We stood at the register for several minutes, while the girls continued to talk about school and whatever else. One girl was standing at the register, as if she was going to take our order, but just stayed turned around to one of the other girls continuing their conversation. Took awhile for sandwiches to be made. Two girls talked while one made the sandwiches. No one ever came out to clean the tables or the floor. I would say get some responsible workers in there that you can trust to consistently do their jobs when you, the owner, are not there. read more
