The burger was bomb, the meat had a bit of crisp on it, and the flavors were perfect. Also got the Superman and it was sweet af, I couldn't do it lol but I can see why people like the fruit punch/lemonade mix. Service was outstanding, everyone was nice and attentive. The guy let me try their secret sauce that was also good. It's a small spot so standing room only, order ahead and pick it up, they get packed during rush.

The crunch is basically chicken and other ingredients wrapped up in a flour tortilla, fried with cheese on the outside, and then cut in half. The sandwiches are good too. I've been getting them at the highest spice level, Sassy AF and it is manageable. The sauces help a lot too. If you order out they typically give you a few sauces (one is orange and one is ranch-like), and if you dine in they normally give you 4 squeeze bottles all containing a different sauce. The bottles can get a bit oily as the food here is oily. For the crunch in particular, I really like the tater tots. The chicken prices were also juicy. Finally, the fried layer of cheese on the outside adds a really nice textural component.

I found it odd that the fries were so flavorful while the chicken lacked seasoning. Because of that, I wouldn't personally recommend the sandwich. The next day, I tried Sassy Sando using all the toppings that had been packed separately. Everything still tasted fresh, almost like I had just purchased it. However, despite the hot spice level, the sandwich didn't have much flavor beyond the heat. It was spicy, but not particularly tasty. The customer service was excellent. The employee who took my order was polite, read everything back to me, and even brought my order outside and reviewed it again to make sure everything was correct. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area has a nice atmosphere and scenery, which I really enjoyed. The only downside was that the outdoor tables were dirty when I visited.

And I had a disabled person in the car who couldn't walk from all the back where the shopping center began. So I'm sure she's missing out on foot traffic and inconvenience of parking traffic. I wanna say in overall I loved chick fil a, but recently they choose not to move forward with a very close friend of mine to own a store due to her race. I will no longer support or eat there and the people that hold the so call power should be ashame of themselves. God looks at all that you do and she passed all the qualities but the race card once the individual asked her whats your race and then said they gonna move on to other candidates. Being any race but the one you guys want is racism and this company is suppose to not discriminate on anyone who is wanting to elevate and own a store. But I hope you surely get your karma. Worst customer service , they never gave me my milk shake they I ordered, when I called their manager said she will put it under recovery order. Not explaining recovery order is only for 30 days pick up, when I go to pick up the recovery order they are refusing to provide the shake, something that I already paid for. Worst customer service. I was met by Brenda who immediately wanted to leave as soon as she saw me. she had a terrible attitude from the jump and it was very obvious.
