Upon arrival to the new location everything was unloaded and set up, again very quickly but without any issues -- they were so very careful. Zip to Zip Moving DO…read moreNOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are the FACTS of my experience. 1. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00am to 9:00am and arrived at 10:45am. 2. Upon arriving at my new location, one backed up the truck while the other two didn't bother spotting him - the driver backed into my brick pillar breaking bricks and the light. They literally brought out some sort of epoxy and said they could fix it! I called the police who wrote up a crash report. I accepted the company's offer to take money off the cost of the move because I had no confidence that their insurance company would promptly pay - I feared I wouldn't end up with anything but a lot more frustration. 3. At the end of the move, I realized they had forgotten to move an elliptical machine that was in the basement - when I brought it to their attention, they said nothing and just left. 4. At my old house they left the garage doors open and lights on - my wife didn't want to have to drive back to the house but was worried they might have done something like this - totally irresponsible! 5. Without asking my permission, they borrowed my hand dolly. After they left, I found it in the backyard with a wheel broken off. (I sent the company a picture of it.) This is absolutely not acceptable. 6. They left packing material all over the house - when I asked about them taking it with them they said that isn't something they do. 7. They did not remove their shoes or put on "booties" even though it was raining out and caused significant scuff marks on my hard wood floor - which I also took a picture of. On June 23rd, I wrote an email to the customer service agent and a manager with whom I had been speaking. No reply. I followed-up with another email on June 24th and received a phone call saying that they would address my issues by the following day. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. All of this is beyond outrageous! As a small business owner, I completely understand when "stuff happens" but when it does you do everything you can to "make it right" - not ignore the customer! I had to pay in full before the insurance claim was put through, which should have been my first red flag. Their insurance denied the claims, so my furniture was taken to a third party. The furniture was repaired beautifully, but bringing the items back, one item was damaged again. Putting ithe drawers back into a chest, a track was broken. I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This was after my furniture was damaged for the second time, and the track of a drawer broken. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

I am 2 years late in giving this wonderful company a review. They are the absolute BEST movers…read moreever. My late husband and I moved a lot (almost 20X ) and had every mover out there. This was the FIRST experience with a local mover and the first time not one piece of my furniture was damaged. The movers were so so careful with every piece of furniture. I expect to move again next year and have already called them to let them know they'll be moving me. I cannot recommend them enough. Also, the day before my move, 2 years ago, I got covid. I called Mr. Kurti and as it turned out he had it also. Anyway, he was wonderful about it and we had to postpone my move a week. But the best part was how he and his wife cared for me! yes I mean cared for me. I have no family in State College and friends lived in Bellefonte, plus with planning to move at that time I had absolutely NO food in the house. His wife unexpectedly brought me bags of food and food that I could eat while sick. She certainly knew what a sick person needed. I was amazed that she would do that and was so blessed by her kindness. They were both so gracious towards me. And THAT is what Kurtious movers is all about, caring and kindness.
