They packed everything with great care, and moved our grand piano and all our goods with total professionalism so that we had no significant damages or losses. It was so nice to watch them work as a seamless team, interacting as a group of friends would do. They were careful to lay out protective carpets and other items to preserve our space. They unloaded the trucks, bringing each item to the rooms in our new home where we wanted it, and spent time to reassemble beds and other items that had been disassembled for shipment.
