We started communicating through text to get the process started and once we got there the vehicle was parked up front awaiting a test drive. Wayne Able was very helpful, informed and personable. We truly appreciated the experience he provided. The whole process was like everything came together literally just with ease. The vehicle was advertising for one price on their website and another on two different websites and the gave us the discounted price. Wayne truly loves his job and goes above and beyond for the call of duty for one of a kind customer service.

That should have been provided when I asked which I never receive. However, the young lady was no help on questions about the vehicle and instead of giving me the information on the car that i needed to know. She asked me "What information I won't to know???" On top of that, the cars she was scrolling through on the computer even the print off I had, were $36-$40,000, which I had a copy of the price online if I recall $28,000 which I gave to the female which claim she knew nothing about. She took it to the manager and we waited about 20 minutes before she came back, Then she said the car would be going to auction unless I purchase it today!? Also she tacked on a docking fee $999.99 which is not law in GA. Next she had to go and drive to the store and get gas while we waited about another 20 minutes. So I drove the car and notice the shaking on the front of the vehicle which it had been wrecked. The back tires have Michelin and the front have some other brand. She never would give me the Warranty information and said its on the Carfax. I could see purchasing this vehicle was going to be a problem. My wife notice it had 1 cupholder in the front, which she won't 2. So we have decided to look for a 2023. Other than that this company has terrible reviews and I refuse to go down that road.

Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

I dont care the finance idiot who completed our paperwork don't work there. ALM should rectify the situation but yet they ignored our calls and kept passing us around and bullshitting.... PEOPLE DONT BUY HERE... I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY THERE AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER

"The way car buying should be."…read more I know that's an old marketing slogan for a different car dealership but I feel it aptly applies to Cobb County Toyota. I've had my 2024 Toyota 4Runner XSeries Off Road Premium in Solar Octane for nearly two weeks now and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I was looking to buy a 5th generation Toyota 4Runner and Cobb County Toyota had the perfect one in stock. The truck was well represented in photos and the price was a great deal compared to similar cars on the market. When it came time to make a deal, they didn't add any extra fees or try to add "mandatory" maintenance plans. The price the car was listed for was the price I paid, plus a nominal tag fee and taxes. My salesperson, Gabriel, was incredibly nice, patient, and not overly pushy. He worked with the finance manager to get me a fair offer for my trade-in. They do try to sell warranty/maintenance plans once you make it back to a finance guy, but he wasn't overly pushy when I declined them which was much appreciated. In the next year, I'll be in the market for an A91 Supra and Cobb County Toyota will definitely be the first place I consider looking.

While my service advisor, Jeremy, was…read morefriendly, professional, and clearly just relaying information from the technicians, the actual quality of work and the lack of accountability from the rest of the team are unacceptable. The Repairs & Technical Negligence: --Suspension Concerns: We brought the car in for a sudden creaking noise. Both the upper and lower arms had to be replaced. This is baffling for a 6-year-old car that has never been treated roughly; it either points to poor part quality or a lack of diagnostic clarity. --Safety History: This location has a history of dismissive service. About a year ago, when I asked about a recurring safety sensor message, a blonde female staff member rudely told me that if I didn't pay to fix it and got into an accident, Tesla would not be liable. --Incompetent Workmanship: The car was returned with a non-functional glove box because the technicians switched the wires between the speaker and the glove compartment. I had to wait two hours for them to fix their own mistake. It now "opens," but the dampener is broken and it violently pops open. --Tire Blowout: Despite the work order stating they checked tire condition and pressure--and being told the tires were fine after a balance and alignment--I suffered a blowout just days later. The "Key Saga": The most egregious part of this visit involved my missing keys. Staff repeatedly and dismissively assured me they did not have them. However, because my brother had placed a Samsung Tag on the ring, we tracked them directly to the Kennesaw dealership. My husband had to drive back and use an app to "find" the keys for the staff because they insisted they weren't on the premises. Conclusion: Between the wiring errors, the safety concerns being dismissed by staff, and the blatant lack of respect for our property, this has been a massive waste of time and a safety risk. Jeremy was a professional messenger, but the back-of-house operations here are a failure.
