I'm really happy with my experience at Kennesaw Mazda. Maged Roushdi was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and made sure we understood everything without making us feel rushed or pressured. He worked hard to help us get a deal we were comfortable with, and the whole process went much smoother than I expected. I'm very happy with my new Mazda CX-30 and would absolutely recommend Maged and the Kennesaw Mazda team to anyone looking for a new/used car! read more

Kennesaw Mazda - cx-50 - Car Dealers Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

We bought a great car from Maged and we couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we navigated the process

Let me start out this review by saying that the salespeople are great, I specifically had Lara and she was awesome. I bought a 2018 mazda3 hatchback last week and to be honest the car is okay, however I don't believe the pre vehicle inspection was done or done properly. I brought the car home after a promise of a pre-vehicle inspection and on paper everything passed however, I check the coolant and there was barely any in there (way past the low) in which on call they offered to fill it up next time I come by (That doesn't anywhere near fix the issue of selling me a car that very well could've overheated?), the floorboard on the front makes a very unique creaking sound on turns and bumps (faulty or worn suspension components) and I look at the wheels and one has a bend in it. I was pushing to get out the door with a new driver rear tire as it had two different spots in the sidewall where a nail or piece of metal debris were in it, and they said since it's not leaking they aren't gonna replace it unless it starts leaking (Okay, somewhat understandable), they did not do a transmission service and it hasn't received one in it's lifetime (67k miles, anybody who works on cars understands that there is no "lifetime fluid" and a car that is 8 years old should have that done). I also came in today to buy transmission fluid, I had talked to a salesperson and explained, and they said they would get the used car manager. I was on a bit of a time crunch, but I said okay, well 20 minutes later still no one to be seen. To be honest it felt like they were pushing to save money in every little corner despite me overpaying what the car was actually worth. Just because something looks "safe enough" does not mean you should sell a car with it. If I go 2k miles on this suspension and the control arm bushing goes out completely, is that worth saving the extra money? Or more importantly, is that safe? I am not happy with the fact that I am going to have to pay extra now to get this suspension looked at, and some part of it replaced; I have to pay a shop to do this trans fluid service because it needs to be documented for the warranty, and with the fact that I don't even know what was done properly or done at all. The precheck paper you get when you are buying the car is just a checklist, no photos, no videos explaining the findings. I could very much believe that a dealership would rush a precheck, check everything off as fine, and send me on my way. This was my first ever dealership experience and as stated before I work on cars and am in school for automotive. I did not think I had to check the coolant level to buy a car from the dealership. (Edit: got suspension checked and suspension is okay so ignore that part of this review, very unsure what the creaking is) read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mazda Kennesaw and had the best purchasing experience. Typically shopping for a vehicle is a very stressful process but Maged took all of the painful stressors out of our purchase and made this a truly enjoyable experience. Maged is extremely kind and knowledgeable and was able to address all of our questions and concerns while also guiding us to ultimately making the vehicle purchase that was both the best value and fit for our family. Highly recommend anyone coming to this dealership to request for Maged. You will not regret it! read more

We went to test drive the Mazda CX-50 recently with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Had been researching SUV's for about six months and had test driven top picks, to include the Subaru Forester, Honda CR-V, and Toyota RAV 4. Shawn Smith was very helpful in listening to our list of wants and concerns and, after test driving the CX-50, CX-90, and CX-70, he guided us to the right choice for us and, surprisingly, it was the CX-70. It checked all the boxes and drives like a dream. An extraordinary safety rating, great warranty, premium interior, fun driving experience, and unmatchable financing led us to purchase the vehicle. There are three Shawns, so be sure to ask for Shawn Smith. Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle! read more

I want to acknowledge that the Service Advisor and Technician were polite and provided a clear explanation of the mechanical work (5/5 stars for the people who worked on the car). However, the team's handling of my vehicle and personal belongings was highly unprofessional and unacceptable: Vehicle was NOT washed. My glove compartment was opened, and most of my contents were carelessly scattered on the floor. Other personal belongings were moved and left crumpled on the dirty carpets instead of being placed neatly. This lack of detail and respect for a customer's property is disappointing. The Japanese philosophy of organization and cleanliness (Kaizen) does not seem to apply to your service department's vehicle handling protocols. The service experience must extend to respecting the customer's vehicle. Please address this standard of care. read more

We had a great experience purchasing the CX-50 in Metallic Grey. Noel provided excellent customer service--if you have an appointment with him, consider yourself lucky. Our finance manager, Phillip, offered a variety of options and great deals; we secured a 1.9% APR. We also appreciate sales manager Brunno Nakamura, who first discussed our situation over the phone and helped us find the right deal. read more
