Our staircase not only looks better, but is as solid as a rock and not all wobbly like it was before. He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it.
