Nathan clearly broke out the numbers and provided an honest and fair assessment of what each option would offer. The work was completed in two days by a very seasoned and professional crew and its never looked better. We will absolutely call them again when we go to replace our front windows next (yes, they do windows too)

Why wouldn't you trust a local company who grew a business on referrals? That was 20 years ago…read more My neighbor used NRR after the hail storm last August. I loved what I saw. The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

We hired TRS to put a deck on the back of our house. They showed up around 11 or 12 each morning,…read moreworked an hour, in between smoke breaks, then went to lunch. A couple hours later they returned, worked another hour then packed up and left. This went on every day (except the days when they did not show up at all). The job took over 3 months. The used poor materials and cheap unqualified labor. Before the job was complete, they started hounding me for the final payment. I finally relented and paid them the final payment even though the facial boards were not properly installed and were pulling away from the deck. The "site leader" got hostile and said that someone would fix them. Over a year later after making calls to the main headquarters, I got someone out to fix. I guess they were mad about coming out because before they left, they tore up my down spouts and then refused to fix them. You can find someone more qualified than this group for a lot less. The whole team, from the sales people to the workers just made it a terrible experience.

First of all, I would like to say, I got 3 estimates on remodeling my bathroom. TRS was not the…read morecheapest company but I did like the salesman. when I told him what I wanted, he offered suggestions. The contract was set for the first week of January. The didn't start until February 5th. Then instead of a crew, one older gentleman came that I had to help with some of the work. Then he told me he hadn't worked with the material before. So I guess it was learn as you go. Then he wanted to know if I knew how the flooring goes together. Once the tub spout was in, when I pulled the plunger up for the shower, water ran down the wall into my basement. Then standing by the bathtub, the floor would go down and separate from the tub. The ceiling exhaust fan was not installed because the gentleman said it wasn't the same size as the old one. The walls have lots of sand dust on them and are suppose to be ready to paint according to the contract. I notified the company of my complaints. Steve and Gordon came by and said the flooring has to come back up and repair the subfloor. The shower was turned on and they both saw the water running through the wall and into the basement floor. Gordon and Steve agreed the issues were real. Steve said he was sending another contractor over to complete the job. Now it's 3/05/2019 exactly a month later, for a 45 sqft bathroom. I have used up my vacation time trying to get this finished. Now I have to go to work and leave people in my home to try to bring this to an end. The new contractors came and replaced the tub fixtures and pulled up the floor and put the exhaust fan in. I came home to find water still running in the basement, the floor dips in a different place, the light works on the exhaust fan but not the fan. Also where the fan was put in needs sanding from the mud used. On 3/07/2019 Clark came by to retrieve the debris from the job that started 2/05/2019 for a 45sqft bathroom. On 3/08/2019 Steve called for final payment. I told him the job wasn't complete. Steve asked what was wrong and I told him. There's water still running, the exhaust fan doesn't work, and the floor dips beneath the tub. The ceiling needs sanding. They send contractors to do work and nobody from the actual company comes to see if the work is done to any kind of standards. This is hard to believe, to spend that kind of money and nobody from the company acts as if they care if you are satisfied or if it was done correctly. It is 3/13/2019 and my 45sqft bath is still under construction. It looks like I did the remodel myself, and I know nothing about construction. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, find another company. I have many pictures of this job. It's like how not to do it. I am at my wits end. Looks like I may have to start this job all over again. If you know a good company or contractor, PLEASE LET ME KNOW !!!!!!!!!!!
