I was not contacted by phone like I was told I would be, but rather emailed with a one line notice stating they were unable to provide financing. I called and spoke with Craig, who was less than pleasant and got rude with me stating "I'm unable to discuss this further, I gave you our denial and this is closed." When I asked what the issue was with my credit report, which wasn't supposed to affect my determination, he blatantly stated "I don't have to discuss this further." Very rude, unprofessional and less than desirable to work with.

Found out after my surgery they never put it on. I get calls and letters in the mail stating I'm pre approved for a new/used car loan or refinancing on an existing car loan. All lies. This has happened about 2 dozen times. Avoid this credit union and all cost.

Tellers have repeatedly deposited funds into the wrong accounts despite full names and account numbers being on the deposit slips (that I keep pictures of). The last time 12/13/2019 this caused several transactions to go through NSF. When I discovered this error on 12/19/2019 (before being notified by Fox) and after 8 minutes on hold I got a hold of someone on the phone who never looked up my account and told me there was nothing that could be done over the phone. I had to take the morning off to resolve their mistake and now for some reason it is my responsibility to follow up on the NSF items? Their recent technology upgrade has also been a joke. Things are now finally getting back to the functionality they had with the old system although in person transactions take a lot longer because tellers have to "wait on the system". Honestly the only thing keeping me there is that I just ordered checks for three accounts and the only other financial in my neighborhood has proved even more incompetent. Fox Communities USED to be a good place to bank. Not anymore. The only positive I can say is that the in-person staff has always been friendly, but they are obviously not given the training or tools that they need to succeed.

I…read morediscovered they had overfilled my oil by 1.8 quarts when I got the next oil change and the tech at Valvoline reported the engine had 9.5 quarts of oil in the engine (they extracted the oil before putting new oil in). That's almost 25% more oil than the recommended level. My vehicle is now compromised. An overfill of this magnitude can cause oil aeration, excessive crankcase pressure, seal damage, and potential long-term harm to the turbochargers and hybrid components.
