It was a full bus and people were sitting in seats in the aisle leaving open window seats for their bags. When other passengers got on they didn't move. One family had to put their child by himself a few rows up because no one bothered to give up their seat so that people could sit together. Also, this last ride to the airport was so cold that everyone, had their hoods up, hats/gloves on. Otherwise, It's an easy option and has worked out for us, so we will continue to use them.

He was very professional and drove cautiously! The vehicle was very nice and roomy and he had cold water for us to drink.
