It's fine. I only stayed one night which was plenty. The girl at the front desk was nice, and the…read moreroom itself is clean which is what really matters but this hotel is LOUD. The doors don't soft close so it's slamming doors all the time. Also I didn't use the pool because it seemed a bit... off. It was sort of dreary, for lack of a better word. It's ok for one night or two maybe but I wouldn't stay here again.

This is a nice hotel in an unlikely location. It's also a convention-center-style hotel with all the amenities: meeting room, a lounge, business center and convenience store. The rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, safe, and the beds are comfortable. The wi-fi was just okay -- not for intense use -- but good enough to check messages and mail. The temperature in the room is controlled by the unit below the windows. Despite being on the main street, it's quiet at this location. The breakfast is good -- more than a continental breakfast with all the usual choices. The person at the front desk when I checked in was prickly but polite. Of course, at a shift change, I'm sure she was ready to leave and not deal with another check-in. Cobblestone is a nice hotel in an unlikely location.

Hotel was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was decent. If you get room 318 ask for a different…read moreroom. Something was very loud and caused the whole room to shake at night. I think it's right next to the mechanics of the hotel. That was our only issue but it was a big issue.

I am writing to formally report a concerning incident involving discrimination against my service…read moreanimal that occurred during my stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Scottsbluff, located at 902 Winter Creek Drive, Scottsbluff, NE 69361. On 05/05/25, while I was seated in the dining area where I had been for several hours, a staff member approached me during breakfast service and asked me to leave the area with my task-trained service dog. When I inquired about where I should eat instead, I was directed to either sit in the lobby seating area or at the business center. This occurred despite my having previously explained--both at check-in and again during this incident--that my animal is a service dog, not a pet. The staff member claimed that my removal from the dining area was "for the other guests" and referenced a document I had signed at check-in. However, the document in question pertains to pets, not service animals, which are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Throughout my time in the dining area, my service dog was properly positioned under the table and out of the way, as required by proper service animal handling protocols. This incident was not only extremely embarrassing, as I was forced to gather my belongings and relocate in front of other guests, but it also represents a violation of my rights under the ADA. According to the ADA, businesses that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is normally allowed to go. I filed a complaint with corporate. When corporate called the hotel, the staff reported that I carried my dog through the food line. My dog is a 50-pound Staffordshire mix. Sincerely,
