Shut it off my daughter's, birthday with a trip to DBC. Decided to try something new this time as I went for the Dahlia. Definitely enjoyable and didn't leave hungry, but that never seems to happen here. Also had to split a birthday cinnamon roll. Next plan is to go a bit later and try out a burger. None of this is good for my New Year's resolution. read more

OK, this place is such a vibe! It was packed on a Saturday morning around 9 am so I strongly suggest reservations if you're able to make them beforehand. If not, no worries because there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied while you wait! Outside, you'll find a fun little yard game area with corn hole to help pass the time. Inside (and outside on the patio) there are self serve coffee stations with the absolute cutest mixy matchy mugs to choose from. In this case, we did have a reservation for 10 people and were seated out on the patio. I thought our service was really fast for the large group we had. On to the food - I highly suggest ordering a cinnamon roll for the table. Yes, I said table. These things are massive. 4 of us shared one and we could only eat about half the cinnamon roll! The roll is cinnamony and not too gooey and totally smothered in homemade cream cheese frosting which I was so obsessed with! Be careful to leave room for the main event - the BISCUITS. The biscuits were equally as massive and definitely did not disappoint. You can upgrade any fried chicken biscuit to the Nashville hot for $1.50 so (obviously) that what I did. They also have waffle fries which are probably my favorite fries every and you should definitely order some chipotle ranch to dip them in... YUM! All around, DBC is a really solid place and it's my understanding that there are multiple locations in the Denver area to choose from so, yay! read more

I have never been to a more accommodating restaurant. I initially did not go here with my group who insisted I should join them for months because they have nothing GF on their menu. Finally a friend offered to bring a GF bun for me if I would come. Got the burger and was warned the fries have batter, so knew to avoid those. Burger was fantastic, the staff were super friendly. And if you are not GF, their menu is amazing. My son bought the most ludicrously large pizza I've ever seen, he brought left overs home and he and his brother had food the next day. They have a huge salad that is a great GF choice. A few months later I needed to meet a friend for a meeting before my other groups normal time and they set aside a table for us to meet and were fine with no order, but I got a drink. They ended up letting me keep the table while waiting an hour for the other group and gave me like 5 or 6 drink refills during the other meeting/while waiting and never complained. Wings, burgers, pizza, they have a huge selection and seem to do a great job on all of them. Not a lot of GF offerings, but my family and friends never complain about what order, and the few things I order have always been fantastic! read more

Probably the best biscuits I've had that rivals Pine State Biscuits in Portland, Oregon.

I'm so sorry that I haven't left a review. I've been here so many times and it's always incredible. We enjoy the Franklin Nashville hot style with a fried egg. Their waffle fries are on point too. Their bloody Mary's are also incredible. But beware.... You will be in a food coma after this and will likely need a nap. Highly recommend. read more

Can I give 10/5 stars!!?? Not only is the manager so kind, the staff is too! This is our go-to after work spot (night shifter), and this place never fails to knock our socks off! Amazing food, cocktails, vibes and staff. I don't think we will ever go anywhere else! Thanks DBC for being the go-to for us nurses. We will definitely be spreading the word!! read more

Love this place! The food is really good and big portions. Love the concept to grab your own cup & serve your own coffee (unlimited). The cinnamon roll is HUGE and DELICIOUS! Service was great. read more

This place is delicious and adorable. We were visiting my sister-in-law, and we tried to go here with the family, but it was a two hour wait. I can totally see why. So we went on our way out of town. I love their little coffee mug bar full of a little eclectic collection. The biscuits were absolutely incredible. He got the biscuits and gravy and I got more of a homestyle platter. If I lived here, I would go wayyyyyy too often!! Definitely highly recommended. read more

I had an amazing first experience here. Sadly, frustratingly, today, not so much. We ordered cheese grits, fries with gravy, and pickles. The pickles (maybe only 6 slices of them?) were way too sweet. The gravy was severely lacking (literally, hardly any gravy in proportion to fries), and the grits didn't even fill the to-go container (see pic). Sad, sad, sad face. read more

Did I review DBC in the past? Not sure so here goes. This is a must stop for any tourist, most locals know and love this place. DBC locations are normally located in bars, so you get both in the same spot. Don't be dismayed by this, DBC can do just as good by itself, but this is a fun way for them to have more in one spot, works for me! When it comes to ordering, a lot of people make the big mistake of ordering complex sandwiches with eggs bacon sauces etc... DONT BE THAT PERSON. What you want to get here is simple, a bisket and gravy. That's it. This is the taste you will love and keep coming back for. Save the complex sandwiches for places that need to add all that to make it taste good. You may want to get an extra side of gravy, comes in both a sausage and a veggie version so it will please all. Highly recommend DBC!!! read more

For the past 6 years DBC has been my favorite restaurant... Until today. This morning it took 40 minutes for my wife and I to get our order of 1 sandwich and 1 order of hash browns. In fact I watched someone get seated after we ordered and received their food roughly 10 minutes before us. The food runner apologized and get telling us she just got there and they had run out of biscuits at one point... At 830am. She offered to get the manager, but instead the person working the bar came over and told us the manager won't come out to talk to us. This was after we told the food runner we aren't paying for our food and we were getting up to leave. What manager is so scared to fix a situation with a customer that he sends someone else to go talk to them? What manager refuses to do damage control for a situation that he created? This was supposed to be a nice Valentine's day breakfast with my wife. And before you think it must have been extremely busy, there was plenty of empty seating and no wait to get in when we arrived at 830am read more

Don't give much attention to the negative reviews, this location just opened in April and like any new establishment it takes a few to iron out kinks. Our entire experience on a Saturday early afternoon was everything we love about DBC. First off, the location is perfect, there's drive through and online wait list option. The food was delicious & perfect. We loved our biscuits & gravy, he got meat and I got mushroom. Our cocktail & mocktails were delicious and innovative. Service was attentive & warm. So happy to welcome a DBC to the neighborhood! read more

Wow I just love denver biscuit company. My work went here for a team outing and it did not disappoint. Our server was so wonderful and attentive. I asked for water with no ice and lemon and she did that for me. She got everyone's order out quickly and efficiently. The Lola spicy chicken is my absolutely favorite. The syrup is so good and the butter on the biscuit just made it all the more better 10/10 recommend for any future outings. read more

TLDR; Yes you should go, I'd recommend it & I'd come back if I'm in the area Try the: Granola Bowl The biscuit Blueberry jam Vibes: I think Heidi was our waitress & she was an absolute delight. Super friendly & helpful as it was our first time here. Context: Breakfast isn't really my thing but my bf loves it (super into breakfast burritos & but breakfasts). I opted for the granola bowl which had their homemade granola mix & whipped yogurt. This was a great portion size if you just want something light & it was very delicious. My bf ordered the 3 run double & it didn't really stand out to him but the biscuit was the star along with the blueberry jam. You could easily share a biscuit because they are very large - we didn't know that so I got an extra. We also tried the other jams but the blueberry stood out to us the most for the biscuit. read more

This was my first time trying DBC and its definitely an experience I would recommend (with just a few caveats). First off, this location seems a lot less crowded than others. It's far out in the suburbs and we came on a Thursday night when only 2 other tables were filled. But it seems really spacious and open so I think it's a great choice if you're looking to take a group (plus you can put your name on a list online which is always great for places like this!). We ordered some biscuit pot pie, a biscuit sandwich, a burger, pickles and the wings for our table and first off the price is very fair for the portions! We were a little worried that a biscuit alone was 5 bucks, but it's a monster biscuit and tastes great. All the meat and sauces are rich and flavorful. I loved my burger and the wings were perfect. The plates with biscuits look great in pictures but they're super messy and can be difficult to eat so make sure you're ready for that! My main issue was just a matter of personal taste - we ordered sides of pickles (made in house) and were disappointed that they were just 1. Pickle slices, and 2. Sweet pickles. If that's what you're into they're well made, but not worth it if you want a traditional pickle. There was also some sweetness on the fries and the burger (probably due to the pickles in the burger) which is just not my taste. I feel like the default for fries and pickles is savory, so it would have been great to have that on the menu in a quick description. Still had some great food, I'll just ask about flavors a bit more next time! read more

I am so happy there's a location down south. Came here on a weekday morning with the family when the kids had a day off of school. Large party of 7 (don't forget to join the waitlist online) to avoid being put at the bottom of the list. We checked in, waited about 10 minutes for our table while we grabbed some coffee at the self serve coffee bar. It's always great seeing all the different cups get picked up by everyone. (Shopping girl for the big muscle guy. Or the dad with the high school musical mug.) They have a couple corn holes set up outside so it kept the kids occupied. It's set up in the waiting area seating so everyone waiting turned into a cheering section for all the kids playing. Once we were sat, our waiter Ryan came over right away with waters. Very friendly and informative about the menu. Our orders placed and our food was brought out quick. The tastes are exactly on point to the other locations. Our go to dishes are the Franklin, the triple, biscuits & gravy & the kids love the ham & cheddar sandwiches. Two mini biscuit sandwiches with a side of apple sauce. Make sure you get the honey butter & strawberry rhubarb jam. Sooo good. This will definitely be another go to breakfast for us, especially due to the location. read more

The morning / lunch menu is killer!! Their biscuit sandwiches are amazing. Haven't had one that wasn't excellent. The burger and pizza (dinner hours) are awesome as well. Have nothing but positive things to say. It can get really busy with a long wait but that is the curse of awesome places to eat. read more

To be upfront, I may have high expectations after hearing so much about DBC and how amazing it is. It was okay. I was not the biggest fan, is it better than other brunch places? Yeah, some. Service was good, the vibe was very laid back and I loved the unique decor they had. The food was good but not the best I have had. I was able to try The Franklin and their French Toast. The Franklin looked amazing! I thought the uniqueness of the sandwich was definitely the sale here. It had a delicious buttermilk fried chicken, bacon, cheese and was absolutely smothered in house made sausage gravy. On the other hand, I was super disappointed with the French Toast. The flavor of the french toast was just super plain, the fruit compote (you have a choice of strawberry or blueberry or both!) made it slightly better but I was really hoping for the french toast to be the star of the plate. Portions are massive, and I still do recommend checking DBC if you get a chance but maybe just trying their biscuit sandwiches first! This location also has *drumroll* drive thru for a quick breakfast/brunch pick up. read more

I've got to shoutout our awesome server Heidi! She made the experience even better with her super friendly spunky character. She gave great recommendations and made us all at the table feel good to be there. I ate my food so fast I didn't realize I was full until it was too late. What a meal! I got the Franklin biscuit sandwich and I would eat it again in a heartbeat. Everything was incredibly well seasoned and the textures were all exactly what I wanted. Soft fluffy biscuits, crunchy fried chicken and bacon, smooth and creamy gravy, yum. The decor reminded me of an upscale firehouse which is not at all a knock on the look. It suited the food very well. The music choices had my whole family singing or dancing along too which made the feel of the place very welcoming. Would recommend, will be coming back next time I'm in the area! read more

I really like this place and I had read up on their1/2 pound burger. It had ranked really high on different blogs so I took my son and gave it a try. Unfortunately it seemed to be saturated with truffle oil which you can see in the photo and the waffle fries were covered in salt. I was a little surprised by that. My son also said that he thought there was a lot of garlic that he could taste and smell. I wish I could say my experience was better. I rated this a three because if the restaurant isn't a 4 I'm typically not going there. read more

Finally got to try this place when some friends were visiting from out of town! Having tried & failed to eat at one of the downtown locations, I greatly appreciate the plentiful free parking & the hours shorter wait. Though even using their waitlist, I do ding them one star since we waited noticeably longer then the 15 mins promised so I think the wait times could be fine tuned. Our group tried various biscuit sandwiches while my husband branched out & got the french toast. My Dehlila was a large yummy mix of sweet & savory. The staff were really nice & the food met my expectations for the hype so I'd definitely come back to try more of their menu! read more

Good food, huge portions. A bit expensive but pretty good. Good to bring visitors for a fun unique brunch experience

Loved this place. Biscuits as they should be were delicious and huge. You must try "jam" they make homemade or fruit compote (can't recall exactly it's name) but out of this world. Chicken was great on the club sandwich. But beware, sauce was little spicy or had a kick and wished I got it on the side. We tried the cinnamon roll which was awesome. Make sure you have several people to share it. Loved the self service coffee and pick your own mug. So fun and clever. read more

When you you hear about DBC your first thought May go to the massive buttery flakey biscuits or the crispy fried chicken. Let me tell you those thoughts are wrong because that is not what defines this place. It is the orange juice with life sustaining pulp that places DBC at the top of the chart for me. The cool smooth citrus running down a dry hung over throat makes it all Worth it. Come on down and give the orange juice a try! read more

As usual, we ordered too much food and have tons of leftovers! We've frequented this location several times since it's opening- 3X we have eaten there, 3X pickup. We have tried the Scully fries twice (amazing) cinnamon roll (1 with bacon and once without only because our waitress didn't hear me), the Franklin is definitely my favorite but today we ordered the Schooner for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! I will order an extra side of the tarter sauce and I think it needs more coleslaw but the fish was so good, perfectly breaded and seasoned. Today we tried the homemade sweet tea and I was a little leery because I was afraid it was going to be too sweet but it wasn't. I didn't take a pic of the cinnamon roll but it's HUGE and delicious, if you like a crispy outer part you'll love it! The service has always been great, today Jewels was our server and she was awesome, even offered to bring us to-go cups for our iced tea and coffees. I'd recommend getting on the waitlist and waiting until near your window to go, although you can play for hole while you wait. We did get there around 9AM on a Sunday and there were lots of people showing up while we were eating. Normally d-biscuit is pretty on top of it. Today I ordered for an order ready at 8:34 it's now 844 they seem way behind. That said it's mother's day so they are busy. When this DBC first arrived, their food was served hot and freshly made with great service! This morning, we were served an old, hard $10 cinnamon roll and a $15 Dahlia with a hockey puck sausage patty and overdone egg. The Dahlia biscuit was fluffy and delicious! Wish I had just ordered a biscuit with butter and jelly! We are a fan of your breakfasts, but please start serving freshly cooked food again.
