Fun and varied selection of craft beers, the beautiful steel containers crafting these beauties are also on display inside There in a plenty of seating area and the food trucks parked outside perfectly compliment the selection There are also plenty of restaurants next door to get your takeout and enjoy the beer We got a couple of samplers and our favorite pints :)

You must come here! After exploring Denver and going to many restaurants, my boyfriend and I kept seeing Denver Beer's taps at places. We came straight to the source, and we are glad we did. Everyone was so friendly! The gentleman behind the bar had great conversation with us and made sure our glasses were full after we had a flight and decided to stay for more. There were dogs inside just hanging out. It was decently busy but plenty of open seating. There is definitely something for everyone. My boyfriend and I both got shirts as well! A great selection of merchandise.

I was trying to find a brewery in Denver that I hadn't been to before/had elsewhere. One of my colleagues suggested Denver Beer Co because it was close-ish to my hotel. For a Tuesday night it was packed and hard for me as a singleton to find a spot but I got one at the bar. I saw they had a sour on their menu and started off with that, a light sweetly tart beer seemed like a good place to start. Unfortunately, it wasn't enjoyable kind of characterless. I had started a tab, figuring I would sit a while and enjoy myself since my day was done and got up to order from the food truck. I got back, finished the sour and wanted another beer with my dinner. The strangely large Tuesday night crowd definitely hampered the bar staff; it took a while to have a bartender come by much more ask for a recommendation. I managed to get his attention and suggestion. I was thinking of getting one more and maybe get some sixers to go but I wasn't super impressed, with either the beers or the service enough to give them another chance.

DBC is a staple that I refer friends to. The beer is great (but a little overpriced). Overall, one of my favorite beers in Denver is the Graham Cracker porter. Today we went for an event they were having - Crawfish Festival. I liked they had beers I'd never tried before (Peach Sour and a Hazy IPA that wasn't the Juicy Freak). I'm also volunteering with American Cancer Society this year for Denver's inaugural Fork Cancer event and I know first hand how involved DBC/Cerveceria are so I will always promote these establishments! Their patio is perfect for a sunny day downtown.

The first brewery I went to visit while I was in CO for the weekend. For a Thursday afternoon it was really busy, but there was plenty of staff to get my order right away. I am not very knowledgeable on beer, but one of the staff member was able to describe each beer, which made it easy on me to pick my flight. There was music playing inside and outside. The patio area is a closed off area specific for them only. There was also a food truck outside with plenty of food options. I did not get the chance to try their food, but it smelled delicious. I decided to sit in the patio and noticed there were dog bowls filled with water, so this place welcomes dogs! I do not like dark beer, but I do like peanut butter... they have a peanut butter graham cracker beer that I recommend trying!! :)

If you're going to have the name of the city with one of the best beer scenes in the country then you better bring it. Denver Beer Co brought it. First off, love the location of the taproom, loved the decor and the vibe. The bartender was very friendly and claimed it was her first day. I didn't believe her but she did great. She was bilingual too which always makes me happy. It's great to find other Latinos when I'm far from home. Gives me a warm feeling. Okay, now for the beer, I got a flight. Each beer I got made me happy because they were all good. I'm on a brewery tour of Denver and only making one trip to each brewery but this is one I'll consider re-visiting on my trip.

Wow oh wow has this spot changed over the years. It was great back in the day and it's great now! The beer is always top notch. Love all the vibrant art throughout. The bartenders are always so friendly. Truly love coming in and hanging out!

I absolutely love this location! Close to Coors Field and also LoHi! The vibe here is my favorite of the 3 DBC I've been to and the service is always great! I love that they have a DBC food truck here too for great food!

Went here for a special event that they were hosting, a beer and cookie pairing. Interesting right? We received 5 large cookies that paired with a flight of 5 beers and I must say, I was a bit skeptical about beer and cookies pairing well. We all know beer and greasy food are a match made in heaven but as it turns out, if you work the right craft beers with the right specialty cookies, the combination can be magical. I wish I could remember all the flavors of each but sadly there was just an overwhelming of my taste buds such that I can only recall pure bliss. Now, on to the establishment because that what this review should really be about. This place is awesome. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is unique. we sat at a long tree slab table. There's also a burger food truck that seems to be permanently inside to offer some good looking food to compliment the delicious beer served. It's a dog friendly establishment on the inside area so you can bring your furry friends. They actually have one of my new favorite beers, a peanut butter graham cracker porter. The flavor is true to the name and so it's perfect for a peanut butter lover like me. Denver Beer Co is a sweet spot!

3.5* Visiting from NJ and was in the area and saw it had good reviews. They have an amazing outdoor setup, which makes it great for groups & tons of indoor seating. It was all self seating. They had menus out on the tables as well as a food truck outside the spot. I tried the watermelon seltzer which was good and a beer (can't remember the name, but it wasn't my favorite). Another thing I saw that was cool was that they had tons of board games to play so I saw a lot of the groups having fun with that! Otherwise, it's a really chill spot with good options for beer, etc if that's what you're looking for.

    Watermelon yuzu cider

Great place to grab a drink and hang out! Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor patio was covered and had heaters as well so you can sit there year round. Tons of drink options from beer on tap to ciders and wine. They even let me try out my cider before getting it! Watermelon yuzu cider: very refreshing and not sweet at all! The carbonation was a bit strong but recommend it for a non beer option!

Staple brewing company representing CO beer extremely well. This location (like their other location) is inviting, with lots of seat options inside and out. Dog friendly which I love. Their beer staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

We loved the ambiance, feeling like we'd really discovered a gem off the beaten track, pun intended. By joining the club, it was a monthly excuse to plan a special night out to what became one of our favorite places for date night. It's been a couple of years now, but we had occassion to meet the owners, when we mistook their closing time for an hour later. The lights were still on, so we didn't realize our mistake, until they'd already invited us in to exchange our monthly growler with such warmth. Super nice people, reflecting the vibe we always felt on our other visits. The staff echoes that disposition, always friendly and knowledgeable. Though the winery isn't on-site, I've always been impressed with their tasting experience. I've now been a member for over 5 years, going in at least once a month, and they still suggest trying seasonal options and have broadened my palette... Though my ex and I have parted ways for a long while now and he moved away, he's kept our membership current, calling it my "alimony," and a nod to remembering the good times we had together. I recommend Bigsby's for all the good memories for all the folks, be it a lazy summer afternoon on the patio or a cozy evening in the lounge area with a glass of red when it's cold outside!

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.

Everything is electronic, and your ball has a microchip in it, so it tracks your score. This was awesome for me, as sometimes it didn't record my strokes and gave me a slight advantage, although I still lost. There are screens that tell you what to do, and hazards or super tubes that if you have decent aim, can benefit you greatly. Our favorite was the pac man and Tetris themed holes. The house band played from 7 to 8:10, took a break, and then came back and played another song. It was 8:25 before anyone was invited to join. The jam was advertised to go to 9 so it wasn't much of a jam opportunity. Also, the they decided to squeeze the band into a little spot in the walkway that was in the middle of all the vaping. People walking by had to be careful not to bump the horn players, and the horn players had to move to avoid being hit by them as they were playing. This was unnecessary because they have a big room with chairs, guitars on the wall, etc available in the back of the place that appeared to be setup for the jam. It made no sense and created a terrible jam environment.

Not a big deal, I was just thinking not everyone wants a whole and if someone is extra hungry they can take two halves. Just thought it would make things a tad easier. They tell me no. They can't/won't cut in half. Ok, whatever. I don't understand what the big deal is, they obviously posses knives... just cut them instead of saying "no". So stupid. 20ish Minutes after waiting, the person who took my order said it would be 30 minutes to make. Which was weird cause what was going on for the last 20 minutes? 30 minutes to wait is fine, if you don't waste the 20 mins prior resulting in about an hour wait. So, I declined as now we are talking an hour to get 20 simple breakfast burritos. I needed to get to work and I wasn't wanting to wait an entire hour and they just wasted 20 minutes of my time not prepping anything, so I decided not to go with the burritos. Someone came to refund my sale and then preceded to kind of scold me for not ordering in advance. He said something about for an order like 20 burritos they want 2 days heads up. GTF outta here. It's freaking burritos. You don't need 2 days to make 20 burritos. And here's the thing, I'm not here for a lecture because I attempted to give YOU business. And I won't be back, either. When you get a customer to purchase your goods, be happy. Provide them the goods. Make it as soon as you can. Don't say no for no reason. Don't make anyone feel bad for trying to give you business. It would have been SOOOOO simple to make the burritos and quick run the knife through them. But, no, the choice was to do nothing for almost a half hour, to refuse to run a knife through them as asked, and then lecture a customer for coming in to order 20 items. It's not like I asked for 100. What if 10 customers came in and each ordered 2? Can you do that? Do they get lectured, too, or...? See ya.

3.5 Stars…read more After waiting nearly three months for Denver's hottest reservation, my group of four were underwhelmed by our dining experience. The Good: The food itself was lovely. Fantastic flavors. Beautiful plating. If basing our review on the food alone--five stars. The Bad: Despite having been in their space for months by now, the ambiance was not there. The staff kept turning on and off the food heat lamps, which were so bright that the light level in the entire space vacillated between dark and sultry to too brightly light all night. The temperature was absolutely arctic. Multiple groups had to ask for their coats from coat check before one of the waitstaff said he looked at the heating. He made adjustments, which did increase the temperature of the room from arctic to chilly--but it remained unacceptably cold. Pacing of courses was oddly timed. The waitstaff couldn't seem to strike a good balance between casual and fine dining--it was a little awkward at times. The Bad: Despite placing our wine flight orders twice, with two different waitstaff, they forgot to give us our drinks until we asked. By then, we'd missed two of the pairings. They did offer to serve us the remaining pairings at no cost, which was a nice gesture. But, it's wild that something like this happened in a place with 16 seats and 4 waitstaff--they missed out on $400 in alcohol sales because of this error. The meal was explained to our group as a "ten course" experience. We only received nine courses: 1. The venison "hamburger" 2. Cappuccino 3. Roasted apple 4. Crudo/sashimi 5. Scallop 6. Lobster 7. Venison skewer 8. Duck leg 9. Dessert This feels like an egregious oversight. And, based on what we overheard from the table next to us--almost felt deliberately misleading. The wine pairing is plainly described in the menu as "five pairings." As dessert was brought out, the table next to us inquired about the remaining pairings, as they'd only received 4 pairings up to that point. The waitstaff tried blaming it on the fact that "dessert wine is polarizing" and "we over poured the other pairings," but those are weak excuses. If you're not going to offer the full 5 pairing flight as advertised, that needs to be communicated ahead of time. Overall: With a price point, including wine flight (had that worked out), per person of nearly $325--The Guest had too many substantial misses. While the food may be ready for prime time, the service is leagues behind.

The Guest, located inside The Regular, is a full dining experience rather than a traditional…read morerestaurant, and it's a strong addition to the Denver food scene. This is a timed, coursed dinner where the entire room sits and eats together, so arriving on time is essential. The format creates a restaurant wide dinner party feel, which sets the tone for the night. Everything feels intentional, from the pacing to the service to the design of the space. The menu changes often and is never repeated, which makes the experience feel special and creative rather than formulaic. Standout dishes for me included the duck doughnut, the wood ear French toast, the venison burger, and the leek cappuccino. The kanpachi crudo and scallop with tamarind were also beautifully balanced, and desserts like Cash's Apple and The Sphere were thoughtful finishes rather than an afterthought. One of the more memorable details was the menu book at the end of the night, featuring the chef's original sketches of the dishes. It's a small touch that really reinforces how personal and considered the experience is. If you're looking for a unique, chef driven tasting experience that feels cohesive and well executed, this is absolutely worth a reservation.
