From beginning to end, Jesse was very prompt in all of his responses- he was honest, and I believe he gave me the lowest quote out of six different businesses that sent me an estimate. I liked him so much that I asked him to fix our minivan as well. Both cars took him less than 2 hours. He did a good job on both! Extremely friendly and prompt . At the time I was going through a loss of a family member so I had him on call so he can book another client in case plans changed and I had to attend arrangements .( that was already generous enough on his part) . A friend dented the driver door and was looking for a reasonable priced way of fixing it! I send out quotes to multiple people and Jesse got back to me. His prices were reasonable and far cheaper than any body shop. He was responsive, friendly, well informed, and really flat out amazing. I watched him work on my tesla model y, that other turned down because of the aluminum and severity of the damage. It was like magic! He's been in the field for 22 year, he's taught other how to repair dents, and he's HONEST! Jesse was great! I had a small ding in the door of my brand new Toyota Tacoma. I requested a quote and got a response the same day on a holiday weekend! It was the morning before Thanksgiving and I was on a photo shoot with a specialized vehicle that showed up to the photo stage with a quarter sized dent on the roof rail. It was 530am and I started calling everyone in the area hoping someone would call me back. At about 645am Jesse calls me asking how he can help. Keep in mind he doesn't open until 8am but for some reason he was up early today and gave me a call. Jesse showed up about an hour later and took care of business and saved the day! Bottom line, Jesse is all about customer service and taking care of people. Although it was my first encounter with JesseI knew right away, when I was talking to him, that he was a good guy! I'm just super thankful for people like Jesse who provide not only a solid service but most importantly great Customer Service and he's super nice too! Jessie is the REAL DEAL!!! I noted the other Yelp reviews and they were so positive and strong regarding his character, work and value. He didnt disappoint and in fact exceeded my expectation. The huge 1 foot dent I had in my side passanger rear quarter panel/bumper looked pretty bad. He indicated he could restore it to 80% which worked for me; but far exceeded that number. Someone thought it was ok to let their door fly open and dent my car door. With only 800 miles on my new car I wasn't too keen on her new blemish. So I did what any responsible adult would do - I contacted Jesse. With a handshake and a smile he began to work. He was meticulous and thorough as he worked on the dent. My car had a three inch dent on the drivers side rear quarter panel that was only noticeable to me and I couldn't stand seeing it every morning any longer. After providing a more than fair estimate for the fix, Jesse from Dents 911 was able to accommodate my schedule and come directly to my house at a time convenient for me. The car is a Tesla Model 3 and despite the panel being made of aluminum, the fix took less than an hour and Jesse even took the time to buff out the blemish in the paint when he was finished as an added bonus. sorry man, i have to leave a bad review to you...i always try to support and go to small businesses first before going to bigger ones..i dont doubt that you are good in what you do but i just have to let this one out..i just get frustrated everytime i ride my car now..i always see the hot glued fabric from my A pillar due to broken clips that you did..upon further inspection, i can say that the part that needs repair looked better before than after you did it..now it has a bump and swirl marks on the part where it should be repaired....i gave you the benefit of the doubt as i am at work when you worked on the car....you could have just told me that something went wrong when you're worked on it ...i still doubt that you dropped the headliner as it will not just drop without removing the A pillar clips from the front and removing the front dome lights ..headliner will break if you forced it or put a pressure on it...i know it because i installed the dashcam cable without breaking the A pillar panel and messing the headliner...now i need to find a way to remove those glue stick from the fabrics of headliner... pros: 1. responsive 2. on time cons: 1. idk...maybe he's not too familiar to work on some cars and tried to experiment on it.. read more

Dents 911 was recommended to me through a trusted auto body shop and WOW! The owner Jesse is professional, prompt and courteous. I called and was able to get an appointment very quickly. On the day of, he called me to confirm the appointment time and even showed up a little early. He spotted the ding immediately, gave me a quote and went to work. My car is very hard to work on - BMW 440 gran coupe - so he had to use advanced techniques on the repair the dent and it came out PERFECT! Jesse is meticulous and patient - spending an extra 5mins just to fine tune what he did. I wish I could post a worthy before and after picture but photos don't do it justice. 2000 I was introduced to this thing called Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and had no clue what it was. They explained it to me and I was still under the impression it was standard body work. After some research I found that it wasn't your standard body work at all. With the more research I did the more interested and amazement I gained with this style of repair. I decided to become a master and started my process. Here I am 18 yrs later with a large grasp on how to repair some of the damage we never fathomed could be repaired. Though I am still learning daily I can repair things that were thought not to be repaired by our methods. Dents 911 is your emergency car care.

Super cool guy, easy to work with, and his work speaks for itself. Honestly does better work than the big body shops and at way better pricing. Most my cars are Matte and he knows how to match exactly! I've taken all my high-end luxury cars to him and he always delivers flawless results. I'm extremely picky with my cars and I would NOT go anywhere else. Trust me look no further.

Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

Ricky isn't on his phone all day. He's out working on people's cars. So if he's not responding right away, that's probably why. Yes, it's stressful when your car has damage... Take a deep breath. Ricky will get to you when he can. Just be a little patient! Now, to get into my third review. This will be for the work I've gotten with him in October 2025. OK, well I'll start the review by saying this... I'm a seasoned Art Director working in commercial advertising. I've got an eagle eye for imperfections. So, when a metal box flew into my bumper on the freeway onto my brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y I decided to hit up Ricky. Ricky has worked on my old Accord and my sister's cars over the years. He's done fantastic work. You can't even point out where the damage was done previously. And I am so good at pointing out imperfections. Of course, when I hit up Ricky I was still worried. This car is my first big boy car purchase as it's nice and shiny and new... In my head I was still thinking, "What if he isn't able to blend it right?" "What if the paint ends up being off bc it's a Tesla?" Still, I hit up Ricky and he was honest about what to expect. Because my damage was done at a flat part of the bumper, blending out isn't as clean cut as it would have been compared to a more rounded angle of the car. Makes sense. With the way light hits the touchup work, a blemish might still show--that goes for any detailer. Still, I went ahead and put my trust in Ricky knowing he's done phenomenal work in the past. After setting up a date, Ricky came by my house and got to work. I was busy with my own work and so I went back into continue working. After about a couple hours, he let me know he was finished and when I came back out to look at the work, I was stunned. I'll attach the photos below but my god, Ricky's work was flawless. I shouldn't have doubted him! I really couldn't see where the damage was anymore... And the original damage was very noticeable. And even though the damage was done in a difficult spot, Ricky's work was able to please my eyes. TL;DR: I 1000% recommend consulting with Ricky for your next bumper repair work. He is a blending wizard. For me he'll always be my #1 go (and reco) for stuff like this. I'm already so hard to please with things like this! P.S. Ricky's work was of such good value for the price. He is worth every penny, and he's so affordable! With all that, Ricky is also such a great human being. He's VERY easy to talk to, and super level headed and honest. So, if you're seeing these reviews complaining about him, take those with a grain of salt. Cus some people be *salty af*

Guys, if you're looking for someone to fix your car dents, Jesse is the guy for you! My husband found him on Yelps back in January. We message him and Jesse responded to the message right away. We sent him photos of the dents made the appointment, Jesse came and fix the dents on my son's truck within an hour. After just a week of purchasing my new car, I noticed what looks like a dent and scratch from a shopping cart. I contacted a few professional paint less dent removers and Jesse was the only one I felt that gave me an honest opinion of how much of the damage he could fix, and I also felt that he gave me a reasonable price. All I can say is " Forgot the Rest Dents 911 is the BEST". Jesse arrived at the correct time of our appointment and texed me his travel time when he was going to arrive.
