My elderly mother relocated to Suwanee and needed a new dentist. After a bit of research of the local dental practices, I picked Dentistry 4 You. The staff is kind, patient and make my mom feel welcome and cared for. They are careful to include me in the communication process, so I can make it easier on my mom. Dr. Parikh invested the time to come up with a treatment plan that aligned with my mom's insurance, to minimize her out of pocket costs while also minimizing disruption to her ability to easily use her teeth as these treatments happen over time. Both he and his wife (the other Dr. Parikh) are kind, caring providers, and it's clear their leadership in the practice carries over to everyone else, because everyone working there exhibits the same, thoughtful bedside manner. An absolutely wonderful office. The staff is super polite and professional, and they're very thorough. Since moving to the area we sought for a new family dentist, D4U came highly recommended from a number of friends, and I have to say they were right! I recently experienced some severe mouth pain, they didn't hesitate to get me in for a visit, get a diagnosis and get me in the right direction. Have been looking for a new Dentist for 3 years, and despite being 20 minutes away, have found it. Very kind and professional staff. The dentist was exceptional. Very comforting and gentle with a procedure that's usually fairly rough. Clean and quiet practice. Everyone was great. I tried to go there to clean my teeth and the staff was non stop to tell me I have to do this and that..... update:I was your patient!!! I'm not feel like to waiting for you call me. You should regularly check you dental bill against the statement of benefit. This dental office frequently overcharges. They get annoyed & rude if you speak to insurance company or refer to the statement of benefit given by the insurance company. read more

Love these dentists! Such a great couple. I have been to both of them at different times and I am always pleased with any work they have had to do on my teeth. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful too. I never feel like they are trying to get me to do anything more with my teeth than necessary. I have had that experience elsewhere. I don't recommend them by personal experience. Went there because of a friend who likes to keep driving to a minimum and since we just moved to this area we decided to go forward. They completed a couple of fillings that were not too bad at the time and next to each other. After completion, the gap that was left between the teeth was too big which had me flossing every single time I ate. After I brought it up to their attention, they proceeded to put a small piece of filling on top of existing. Never heard of this before. This additional piece fell off the same day. Anyway long story short, the third time I was there for the same filling showed on the x-ray as cracked which instead of accepting full responsiblity, they argued that I was grinding my teeth and other mumbo jumbo. I say this becuase I know when somebody is lying to my face. They didn't offer any sort of price discount until I challenged them. I ended up needing a crown which I didn't move forward with them since they lost my trust. I really got a bad experience. Rarely do I write a review but this case really cost me and bothered me. read more

Based on my experience, don't trust the quote they give to you. My final cost was MUCH HIGHER than the quote they gave at beginning. I believe their service and attitude were not good. I felt uncomfortable during the treatment.One of my appointment was canceled by dental office. I will definitely find another dentist in the future. Wow this place really goes above and beyond! I had to change an appointment and they were very accommodating. When I arrived, they had beverages available and the woman at the front showed me around the whole office. They had a water bottle for me in a cute little gift bag waiting at my seat. The reclining chairs have massages and they offered iPads or earbuds for people that wanted a distraction to ease their nerves. They took the time to stop and talk with me and remembered specific details about me. I have not experience this quality of customer service in a long time! I have never posted a review for anything but This is the greatest dentist office and staff I have ever experienced. Dr. Shetal Parikh is not only a very skilled dentist but is very kind and very considerate. The technicians that work on you are also great, knowledgeable, and thoughtful at all times. The staff at the front desk and office personnel are very customer oriented and utmost helpful too. And recently I was leaving town in 48 hours for an extended time and had pain with a tooth needed a root canal ASAP. This entire staff went out of their way to fit me in on very short notice and took care of getting this whole procedure and a new crown etc and everything to be sure I was ready for my important trip. Its the little things that count! I am a new patient that recently visited the facility. It was very clean and I was promptly seen by the hygienist/doctor! Thats what Im talking about people! I have never been to a Dentist where even when you arrived early, they made you wait at least 15-30mins before you were actually seen!! I was given a small tour and a gift bag since I was new. I do love the fact that they try to accommodate you in regards to comfortability by asking you what would make *YOU* more comfortable during your visit. I picked headphone and massage during the cleaning. I mean name one Dentist office that put your needs first?!?!? Anyway I left my old dentist and wont be back to him. Dentistry4You is my new home. Normally I won't rank any business lower than 3 stars. But this one I have to. At beginning there is no special, but you have to be very careful for all paper they like you signed, including fine prints. Because there are a lot of special statement which cause patients problems in the future. After you signed the agreements, nightmare just started. Price doubled, service is bad. You have no way to fight, because you signed fine prints. I will not use this service any more. Just say bye bye to them. read more

This practice has a wonderful hygienist in Paula. She's gentle, thorough and has a great memory. But she's the best thing about the place. They constantly make up reasons to do unnecessary work. The charges are insane and the office staff are about as rude and condescending as they come. They often send us invoices when we haven't been there in months. My husband's records are all under my name so claims never get processed right, but they won't address that. They just insist we pay but don't provide any evidence of what the charges are for. read more

Dentistry 4 You is a complete breath of fresh air. Unlike many other practices, they do not harass you about operations if they're unnecessary, and yet they give you excellent treatment and do keep on the lookout for things which may become issues in the future. After looking at my x-rays, for example, they asked if my wisdom teeth were bothering me yet; I said "no, they've been completely fine" and the doctor said, "Wonderful! That's fine for now. If they start bothering you, then we'll get them taken care of." (Every other dentist I've seen has tried to fear-trip me into getting them taken out ASAP, but they've posed no problem for years now). For another, Dentistry4You didn't insist that my teeth--which have always been in excellent condition and have a natural, light bone color--needed whitening. And as far as their cleaning regimen is concerned, it's probably the most thorough I've had. Best staff ever! I absolutely love this dental office! Nicest people ever and very accommodating, and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible (their dental chairs are even massage chairs!!). If you have any emergencies, they will try to fit you in the best they can. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are very upfront with your treatments and prices! Dr. Parikh is beyond wonderful! I don't know where to begin. We all have a fear of going to the dentist; whether they will be honest with us about services and pricing, whether they will make us feel safe and comfortable, and whether they will actually perform well as we sit back and let them do their job. I left my last dentist because all of those basic needs were not met, however, Dr. Parikh did a phenomenal job of earning my trust. She was honest about what I needed to get done on my teeth, and also suggested that I stay away from certain cosmetic procedures that I really didn't need. She could've sold those to me and made money, but she didn't. My last dentist told me I had a tiny cavity which could not be visible in the X-rays, but she felt it with her tools, but Dr. Parikh mentioned no such thing. I had to get bonding done on my teeth due to years of grinding and erosion, and it was difficult for her to get to the back teeth, but she was very patient. It was my first time ever getting any type of tooth work done and I never had anesthetics. It was a bit nerve wrecking, but she made me feel at ease. They recently renovated their office, and the staff is super friendly. I even referred my dad to her office and he had a wonderful experience as well. Highly recommend! read more
