I have not had many good experiences with dentists, and am terrified of the entire process of seeing one. After finding a good dentist that I trusted, I moved to Suwanee and had to start the process over. I was truly terrified. I went with great trepidation to see what this office was like, being situated almost within walking distance from my home. Every member of the staff that I met in my first visit and two calls (before meeting the doctor) was amazing. They were supportive, kind, and best of all they were very reassuring. I took the plunge and made an appointment. As it turned out, Dr. Rosenheck is the best part of his already wonderful practice. He is just as reassuring and kind, but also very knowledgeable and skilled at dentistry. He was able to help me get the work that I needed, to identify the best order of priority, and to provide paperwork necessary for my other doctor relating to medication I am taking. I've now been in several times for everything from a cleaning to crowns, and every experience has been positive. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenheck! Oh, and to further recommend him, his prices were fair (I don't carry dental insurance). He both recommended fewer treatments than the last dentist who looked at my teeth, and also charged less for each line item recommended. Dr. Rosenheck has been my and my family's dentist for several years. I found him by chance for a second opinion regarding a potential root canal; which turned out I did not need for several years thereafter. He is absolutely honest and genuine regarding his recommendations. He never uses metal in his fillings or crowns. Dr. Rosenheck draws on his extensive experience and is very meticulous in his procedures, using advanced techniques to take extra precautions, such as ozone and laser therapy as needed. He is a smaller office and has a wonderful office staff who have been with him for years. They all know us by name. They are very accommodating regarding both routine and more emergent appointments. Love love love this dentist! My 5 year old wants to be a dentist now. Dr. Rosenheck is definantly great with people...young and old. I have no complaints whatsoever! If you want to stay away from conventional methods of dentistry then this is the place for you. He didn't use drills...he has LASERS! I was impressed! They are so much faster and he doesn't have to numb you with a needle if its a simple filling. The staff is superb. We loved it after our first 10 minutes of being there. I have been going to Dr. Rosenheck for over 10 years now and I can tell you that I trust them completely for my dental care. I had multiple crowns put in a few years ago and they still look great. He showed me how well they can match existing teeth and the material they use can withstand the teeth grinding problem I have. Had a tooth treated by Dr.Rosenheck , the filling broke of within 90 days.. Made second visit, same tooth after spending over a $1000.00, I was dumb enough to pay for again for the same tooth. Third time was told if I did not have the money, they could get me a loan to cover an additional $1400.00 to save the tooth. I am not a happy customer of this dental office. read more

I was visiting my sister and developed a toothache. She has used Dr Rosenheck for her family for years and said she'd been pleased all those years. She called and asked if they could work me in to be seen, and they managed to get me in within three hours. Parking was great, reception was great, Dr. Rosenheck was great, treatment was great, checkout was great - get the theme here? Everybody was welcoming and friendly and to top it off, I thought the fees were very reasonable. He determined the problem, prescribed a treatment, told me what follow-up I would need when I got home, and offered to email an x-ray to my dentist. I was absolutely blown away by Dr. Rosenheck, his wife Susan, Mia and the rest of the wonderful staff. Everybody was so friendly from the very beginning. In the past, I have had some absolutely horrible experiences with dentists as well as dental assistants. So bad, that I would get anxiety at the thought of even scheduling an appointment. Because of this, I put off going for way longer than I should have. After doing a lot of research and finding Dr. Rosenheck, I had decided that I would give him a try. The outcome? I absolutely LOVED my experience!! They were so kind, very gentle and explained everything to me so that I knew exactly what was going on and what the plan would be, moving forward. I left the dentist with a big smile on my face and excited for my next appointment! Wait, what? Excited to go to the dentist?? I never thought I would feel that way or hear those words come out of my mouth! Dr. Rosenheck is wonderful and I have made him my family dentist. I will be going to him for as along as he runs his business which says a lot (it's a 3 hour drive to his office and another 3 hour drive back). I highly recommend Dr. Rosenheck. I went in this time for a routine cleaning. The hygienist was very professional and explained each step of the procedure. Dr. Jay then came in to do his examination and discussed the status of my teeth. Upon conclusion, he presented my with a kit consisting of tooth brush, tooth paste, and floss kit. Dr. Rosenheck was my family's dentist growing up in Atlanta. As an adult, I moved to Nashville, TN and have searched extensively for a dentist for my family. I've had many negative experiences with dentists, so I finally decided to go back to Dr. Rosenheck because I know that he does quality work and will always be honest with me and my family. He has been ahead of his time ever since I was a child (he only used composite fillings even 30+ years ago) and he continues to search for innovations in dentistry. It is definitely worth it for me to travel from Nashville to get exactly what I need from Dr. Rosenheck. He has done excellent work from cleanings, fillings, whitening, to dentures for my mom. NOT RECOMMENDED. The entire staff needs a good lesson in ethics, courtesy, and just plain common sense. I was scheduled to get 2 fillings done, Dr Rosenheck completed one then I was told I would have to come back to get the other one done because "emergencies" were coming in. They wanted to reschedule me to come back the very next day. I pressed the receptionist to find out why I could not have the treatment completed that day. She did not have a good explanation other than I had arrived a few minutes late and that I had asked to have a panoramic x-ray done (my oncologist had asked me to do so). After this appointment, I decided to go to another doctors office and pretty much had to march through hell to get the records sent to the office I requested. The receptionist at one point said to me that I was "Taking up too much of her time" after the third time that I had to call and ask the records to be sent. THIRD TIME I had called, whose time was wasted??? Also, I had to give the receptionist my credit card number to pay my bill that they claimed they had filed with my insurance and she proceeded to repeat all the numbers back out loud to me. Knowing that she is sitting directly in front of a lobby of patients (there is no sliding glass), I told her to please NOT read out my expiration date and security code as any number of people in the lobby could have just written down my card number. The thought had never even occurred to her. read more
