Oral Francis created a 1-2 year plan for my orthodontic treatment and we actually completed the treatment earlier than expected .

My son who has a disability does not always follow the instructions. I explained this to them but they still were going to charge me twice the contractual price because they were unhappy with him. I am seriously considering changing orthodontists but it may be too late! They did finally drop the charges but I feel this was totally uncalled for. Also my younger son who was referred to the orthodontist to help him break a finger sucking habit still sucks his fingers after his braces have been out. Now they will place a device to break the habit for an additional cost. I have already paid thousands for the braces and now finally they will treat what initially took me there for an extra cost.

They will forever be the standard for me on service to their patients. I give them 6 stars!!

Consistent from first to the very last day. I lost my bracelet a couple of weeks ago and Ruth went above and beyond to find it, insistently helpful. So genuine and kind. That's not easy to come by these days. I was thinking back of when I first came to this office and how Dr Nguyen pointed out how much my front teeth protruded. I've always known of course but never heard it said out loud by someone else. It was one of those things that I was self conscience about growing up. My teeth. My insecure smile. And not too long ago, he showed me some photos that were taken before he started my treatment and I must say... I definitely have more confidence when I smile and he gave that to me. Dr Nguyen, you are in a profession that changes lives. You're here and you make a difference in the world. I appreciate you, so much. Thank you and your team. You guys are really something special.

Not only is Dr Nguyen a great orthodontist, his wife Dr Vo is just as fantastic! Dr Vo is the dentist at this office and you can not go wrong trusting her as well. I've never felt so comfortable and happy with this office. Please do not even hesitate to make an appointment here. You will not regret it! Thank you Dr Nguyen and Dr Vo!!!!!

Myself and my two daughters received services here; my…read moreoldest now has a major jaw issue where it dislocates, my middle kiddos teeth now DONT touch, and my teeth on one side now sag so badly that I look like a stroke victim. I cancelled our contracts (or tried to!) but they're billing me for the remaining portion of my treatment, which includes removing braces (they didn't) and retainers (which I didn't receive) When I addressed the office, which was numerous times over a 3 month span, they refused to release me from their office (illegal btw) When they finally agreed, they billed insurance for services not rendered (fraud!) and charged me for the difference. She then got so worked up when I questioned the accounting errors, Keisha (good Lord find a new job NOT in customer service) called me nasty, UGLY, and then hung up on me. When I called back, they refused to speak with me, yet they won't release me from their office. So I'm a client without access to care? Makes zero sense. Go somewhere else. Pay the extra money. This place is an actual joke. Head on over to google reviews and you'll see how many other people also hate this "orthodontist", or so they call themselves. I've found a new ortho who is FANTASTIC, cleaner office, better staff, and actually is correcting the smile that Serenity messed up. Not sure how this place is still in business. Run away, don't walk!

"I have the best bedside manner in the world," or so Dr. Podray proclaimed in an angry huff when I…read moreattempted to share concerns about ongoing communication issues surrounding my daughter's treatment. Having lived overseas and received medical and dental care across the US and Asia, I was more amused than appalled at her exceedingly arrogant remark. Can you imagine believing you were *the best* in the entire world at anything? Whoever would want that level of infallibility and responsibility?! Despite the twisted humor of that moment, it was a sure sign we needed to end treatment as quickly as possible as it supported our growing concerns about the treatment our daughter was receiving at Serenity Orthodontics. Our daughter's braces were removed at her following appointment six weeks later. She received a poorly made retainer which did not fit in the office on the very day it was made. Rather than address the issue of poor fit, glue was placed inside to make the retainer somewhat fit on her bottom teeth and an excuse was offered about how her teeth must have shifted significantly during the three hours in between the time the impression was taken and the time the retainer was picked up, or else our daughter may have moved while the impression was being taken. All my husband and I could do was laugh. Such an ending was par for the course and precisely the unprofessional and incompetent service we had come to expect at every appointment this year. Knowing our concerns about the poorly fitting retainer would likely fall on hostile, can-do-no-wrong ears should we raise the issue to Dr. Podray, we have opted to seek a second opinion and have a proper retainer made elsewhere to avoid dealing with Serenity Orthodontics any longer. Paying out of pocket for a properly fitting retainer is a small price to pay to know the task will be handled by well-experienced hands. We highly encourage other families to look at several different orthodontists before making a decision as to which practice to use, and not to hesitate to switch orthodontists immediately if something seems wrong during the course of treatment. Doing so may help you avoid many issues we ran into during our daughter's orthodontics journey.

If you have healthy teeth and gums, don't go here, because they won't be healthy when you leave…read more I came to this office a few years ago because they accepted my insurance. I had flawless oral health my whole life. No cavities, no gum disease, no bleeding. Countless dentists and hygienists across different reputable offices had always said the same: your teeth and gums are perfect, keep doing what you're doing. At one point, I followed a trusted hygienist across multiple practices, and every one of her cleanings was reviewed and signed off by dentists. Not once was there ever a concern. Then I came here. And everything changed. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning. I asked for a standard one, like I'd had my entire life. They said no. ***They refused to touch my teeth unless I agreed to the deep cleaning.*** There was no real conversation, no concern for my dental history -just pressure to sign. Feeling trapped, I went along with it. That was the last time my gums were healthy. The hygienist was clearly rushed. She barely spoke to me, blasted through the cleaning like she had a deadline to meet, and left the room immediately after she finished. No dentist ever came in to check her work. And my mouth? Pouring blood. I've never bled during a cleaning in my life--this was profuse bleeding, a foul taste, and a bad smell coming from my gums as soon as I left. I knew something was off. And I was right. From that day forward, I've had constant gum bleeding, sensitivity, and odor after flossing. Years later, it's still not back to normal. All of this started after that one "deep cleaning". Later, I told my longtime hygienist what happened. Her response? "You got conned." That's when I found out she had actually worked at this very office, and quit. Why? Because hygienists were being paid on commission and were pressured to upsell deep cleanings, even when they weren't necessary. She said it went against her ethical standards, and I believe her. I'm now living with the consequences. And the billing? Don't even get me started. They gave me a quote ahead of time. But once I was in the chair, ready for my cleaning, they shoved paperwork and a pen in my face. I noticed the price had doubled. When I asked why, they said the original quote was "for half the mouth." Half the mouth?? Are we doing dental work or buying tile? Here's what people don't realize: when done improperly or unnecessarily, a deep cleaning can permanently damage your gums. It can strip healthy tissue, cause recession, and throw off your entire oral environment. And that's exactly what happened to me. This office isn't about care. It's about speed, sales, and quotas. They rush you in, push what makes them money, and leave you worse off than when you came in. A dental hygienist mill. If your mouth is healthy, protect it and stay away. If you need real care, find a place that doesn't operate like a sales floor. This isn't dentistry. It's damage with a price tag. The front office clerks were loud and rude, rolling eyes, slamming hands on the desks, and yelling inpatiently when interacting with clients.

The dentist refused to perform a routine cleaning saying I needed a DEEP CLEANING, claimed I had…read moregum disease, and insisted I needed a crown and a filling. I declined their treatment plan and left. I then saw another dentist who confirmed that I did not have gum disease, did not need a crown, and that a standard cleaning was appropriate. Imagix submitted a claim to my insurance company for the visit and the x-rays they took. The claim was paid in accordance with IN NETWORK rates. However, the dental office is now claiming I still owe a balance and has been pressuring me to pay. So now I HAVE A BALANCE FOR PREVENTIVE CARE IN NETWORK AFTER INSURANCE PAYMENT. This place will sell you treatments you don't need and overcharge you for services you receive. I am not sure if it is legal for them to add this to their paperwork - "I further understand that I am responsible for ANY amounts not paid by my insurance for ANY reason".
