The $49 exam is a bit of a scam -- it didn't actually do anything -- it wasn't enough for the dentist to even determine if a cleaning could be done. To get a cleaning, I was told I'd need an additional $198 exam plus $298 for the cleaning. Very misleading pricing. read more

I prepaid for a cleaning procedure in September of 2023. I was not able to make it for my appointment at that time and then it slipped my mind. I just recently contacted the office for a refund. I was told that they are going to sent my money to the insurance company and that I would have to wait until the insurance company sent me the refund. Even though they were told that the account is closed, they still insist on sending my money to the company. If I had known that the dental office cared more for the insurance company than their patients I would not have prepaid my bill. Please be careful when you deal with these people. MY family will no long do business there. Edit: I received a voicemail explaining that they would like to sent me my refund directly, but it seems that in order to get the refund I would have to revise this review. Once again, instead of doing the right thing and just returning my money they think of helping themselves instead of their patients. I have no problem removing this review. I just believe this whole situation could have been handled differently. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get what is mine. read more

I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple years. I got x-rays and an inspection and I was told I needed a special cleaning and need to come back a month later for that. It's going to be $75. Fine. I come back a month later and do the treatment, but apparently because I came back in less than 6 months, another part of that visit wasn't covered by my insurance, so it was more than $75. I come back about 7 months later for a cleaning, and they do x-rays again. I didn't think anything of it. Apparently x-rays are only covered by my insurance once a year, so I have to pay for that out of pocket. They have my insurance, and they know what it covers, so why are they scheduling things that aren't covered without telling me it's going to cost me money? I basically ended up throwing $165 down the drain. You would think that they wouldn't pass this onto their patient, since it was completely due to their mistake. I'll pay the bill, so it doesn't hurt my credit, but I'm definitely not going back. read more

On my first visit to this office I was indecisive if I should actually continue business with them. The lady at the front desk seemed cold; however, I assumed maybe she was having a bad day. The dentist that examined me was pleasant, this made my decision lean in favor of continuing business. Well then I went back to the front desk to schedule my actual appt. again I'm confronted with this cold attitude, this is when I was advised I couldn't make the appointment without paying a booking fee of $200. Not once did this lady inform me of their Cherry option for payment this alone would pay the booking fee, she is asking for. However, my actual problem is the day of the appointment. Well due to banking problems the remaining cost wouldn't be available in time for the appointment, I called to inquire about moving my appointment back or rescheduling and I'm told I will be charged an additional fee, so I asked can those fees be waived due the circumstances and not actually my control and the fact I wanted to complete my treatment plan with their office. This is when I realized I speaking to the same young lady, her cold demeanor came through the phone. No customer service, rather lose clients than provide genuine assistance. I'm not sure if this is the guidance or direction from the dentists in this office. What is very clear is this young lady doesn't care about the clients and their dental needs. She actually said apply for Care Credit and use that to pay the fee, Funds identified for my health, I should allow Peach Smiles use them for additional fee, that can be waived. Everyone that comes to this office is coming for dental assistance, they aren't asking to be treated as if the dentists don't wish to see them or they are not welcome. Not going to say this young lady is racist, what I will say is her cold demeanor seemed very comfortable for her as if there was a dislike she already had towards me, a new client. Dr. Gudipati, I'm not sure if this is the approach you are asking your front desk manager to have; however, this is what I received. Your front desk manager loss a client because of $150 fee vs receiving the payment for a full treatment plan. Makes you ask who actually receives this fee???? read more

I had an appointment at Peach Smiles to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I was initially feeling anxious about the process since this was my first time having any real procedure at the dentist, but Dr. Gudipati and the staff were was so kind and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable even adjusting the music in the room for me. The procedure itself was much quicker than I thought it was going to be, and I felt my anxiety disappearing as Dr. Gudipati explained each step that was coming up and why. Their facility is nice, clean and comfortable, and they were very prompt and professional in their communications to book me as a new patient. First visit was supposed to include a cleaning but they had to book me to return a few days later. Few days later came and they cancelled the morning of my appointment day because they were short a hygienist. So, I have a very massive fear of dentists and dentist visits due to recurring trauma and also just not going as a child. Honestly my husband made the two appointments and dragged me along with him. I was ready to endure the appointment with feeling judged and uncomfortable. I was prepared to feel like i was drowning and unsure of when it would all end. For the most part everyone at the office has been pleasant. I started coming to the office in 2017. I got two crowns, and immediately after they were put in I told them of the discomfort and how they were too big. I've cried to them about this on many occasions. Finally in 2020 they agreed to redo them and mentioned the only cost would be the lab work. I wanted the top out first but was told to do the bottom one first and then we'll do the top one. Now, I'm being told they want me to pay $1,000 for it. I'm very disappointed with this and even being treated this way because I trusted them to do right especially with all the money I've paid. I'm praying that they will do right by me considering I have an appointment this Friday to get the painful crown redone read more
